    Run from Level 10 May 6, 2021 I had Level 10 in ********** work on my Dodge Ram 2500 diesel transmission. ********************* charged almost $6,000 for his bullet proof transmission. It only lasted for 3 1/2 months then nothing but issues. *** tried to said it wasn't the transmission but, my truck could not go more then 40 MPH. Code P0973 showing trans in limp mode solenoid issue.********************* claimed he checked the solenoid and found no issue with it.He could not be bothered fixing or troubleshooting his own workmanship.*** had my truck towed to his brother in laws shop 94 Auto nearby Without my permission. *** said the issue had nothing to do with his bullet proof transmission it was the fuse box . Wires were pulled off what a ****** had it towed to Andover Transmission. ***** did the troubleshooting and in fact it was the solenoid. ***** replaced it my truck now runs great. Nice to find a honest mechanic.I opened up a case with the *********************** and won. Obviously they felt he was dishonest as well.

    Completely and totally dishonest business. Assured me they had experience with the AA81E direct shift transmission and could achieve 20% capacity with valve body mod total lie. They have zero experience with this direct shift ******. We paid then over $1000 to modify the valve body. We installed it to find that transmission was shifting HORRIBLY, with scary shudder in certain gears, amping other issues. When I asked *** for a SINGLE reference of a single AA81E customer, he referred me to a guy in *** who happens to be DEAD! Buyer beware!

    Level 10 is awesome. **** was great to work with, and very responsive. **** and his team worked hard and our driveway turned out absolutely perfect. I could not be happier on how it turned out! Great experience!
