Refund and Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
At DiversiTEA Matters, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

2. Tea Blends
Due to the perishable nature and shelf life expectancy of our tea blends, we do not offer refunds for any blends sold. Additionally, we cannot accept returns if the incorrect blend was purchased or if customers do not like the flavors ordered. However, if you encounter any issues with damaged products, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with a store credit to use on future purchases.

2.1 Eligibility for Store Credit
  • Issues with the product must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Only damaged products are eligible for store credit.
3. Merchandise (T-shirts, Hats, Mugs, Tea Accessories, Totes, Tea Kits, etc.)
We are committed to providing high-quality merchandise. If there is an issue with any merchandise you receive, we will be happy to offer an exchange.

3.1 Eligibility for Exchange
  • Exchanges are accepted if there is a defect or problem with the merchandise.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

4.2 Return Shipping
  • For exchanges, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Please pack the item securely and include the return form provided by our customer service team.
5. Store Credit
If you are eligible for a store credit for a tea blend issue, you will receive a credit code via email. This store credit can be applied to any future purchase on our website.

6. Processing Time
  • Exchanges and store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed or your store credit has been issued.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Tea blends (unless damaged)
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional cost to you.
