      This company has very horrible customer service. I was getting weekly calls asking about their service & even if I request not to be called they keep calling. On certain days we got 3 courtesy/spam calls from them.Also, I signed up & paid for 15 months of service but after 12 months they cancelled my service and refused to refund or restart the service. I had emailed & called them earlier about the issue but they never resolved it & one day service was just cancelled. I called again & they blamed their employees for providing wrong information, but that is not the customer problem to fix, it is the company's problem!!

Definitely we call them before completion of year, but our intention is not to bother our customer. Many quarterly and monthly offers and promotions are going on in our company. As I discussed with my team, I found out that, **************** was going on throughout the year from our side she is facing issue due to her internet speed, her internet speed is very low. We have chat records of all WhatsApp conversations with the customer. And we are not a scammer, it's a new jersey-based company, we are in this market from last 7-6 year. We have so many customers who using our services from last 6 year & they all are fully satisfied. He was asking about refund after completion of 12 month not before that, if he had asked for refund before completion of 12 months then we would have definitely done it as per our refund policy. We understand the problem which customers are getting, and we understand the value of money & time which customers paid to us paid to us regarding the services. We want our customer to be happy throughout year. Thank you for your understanding in this unfortunate matter.

      We have a very high speed internet, so that was not the issue. Also these people have been calling me multiple times a week from different numbers even after I asked them to stop trying to sell me their tv again.

      I still got a call from hellowtv last week and I have not been a customer for over a year & have requested multiple times not to call.

      Also, when I signed up for the service it was for 15 months, fully paid. But they cancelled after 12 months even tho I told them to check their call logs

      This company representative promised *********************************************************** 12months and they are lying now. Not responding and restored the services. I felt they cheated me. Please take action.

      I took IP TV Services from Kanak Consulting for the past 6 years, yearly subscriptions. Their Sales Reps call prior to 3 months of expiration of the subscription and explain that there is a promotion that if we renew early we get 15 months service instead of 12. I was unable to get prior receipts, but was able to get the First Renewal receipt dated 2/23/2022 for a period of 12 months service, the other on 11/23/2022 (advance renewal). I got a call in November that my service will expire in Nov 2023, I tried explaining them that my initial service is valid till Feb **** and I did make early renewal in Nov 2022 which enables the validity till May ****.The suddenly disconnected my service on December 1, 2023 though as per my payment on Feb/2022 it is valid till Feb/2022 and early renewal on Nov/2022 enables me to get till April ****.

      These people call multiple times a day to sell some tv channel subscription. We already told them not interested and do not call ** still every day they are calling. Actually tired of this. Please take some action to not call as there is no other way to stop this.

      I take Hellow tv last Augusts month and I pay $180 for 15 months but after two weeks all of the channels not working and voice and pictures not matching I try to call them and sometimes video call for them to fix it after two or three days same problem again and again I want to disconnect my line but they dont answer my phone and nobody help me thanks

      Hellow TV offered 15 months of services for $180 but they started following up for renewal even before 12 months of services. Upon many back & forth over call, my services got discontinued a little after 13 months. I feel cheated by the company, where both sales person & their billing person who committed this originally are no longer with the company. Moreover company has no website to login & see any account ending date etc. In past also, account would expire sooner but they would suggest to reload the fire stick for making it work again. I am filing this case to seek refund for 2 months equivalent of services not provided & continuous harassment about renewal by various teams at hellow tv.

      I subscribed to Hellow TV service on Dec 18, 2021 after being referred by a current customer of theirs. I paid $200 for 13 months service and was told by the sales **** ***** that I will get an additional month of service free for each referral. I referred a friend of mine and it was supposed to be 14 month subscription altogether and it was supposed to end by Feb, 2023. However, I started getting calls from October asking me to renew while I wanted to wait until my current subscription is over. They kept calling me almost every other week and I didnt commit to renew. Their rep named *** called me on Dec 14 to check again and I told her I want to wait. Without any notification, they terminated my subscription immediately. We were watching the **** Semi-finals and it was infuriating to get disconnected in the middle of it. When I called back, the rep said we terminated since you are not renewing and the m additional month of service will be applied only if I renew. There was no such condition in the original email I received about this offer at the time of service. When I questioned about it, *** said the company policy has changed. When I asked why we were not notified about the updated company policy there was no answer from her. I escalated it to the sales and admin team and got a call back from them. Both were apologetic for the reps ******** and offers to reactivate the service for the current subscription period. But when ***(apparently shes also the technical person) called back to reactivate she went back to the confirmation of renewal. Their service were good over the period of last one year except for few technical issues in between which they fixed immediately but as other reviewers said any device more than 12 month and free month for each referral is all humbug. They will call you from month 10 onwards and will continue after 12 months only if you renew.

And whenever a customer gives us a reference, then we provide email confirmation for that reference, if it become successful, but he have no such type of email confirmation.

      I have signed up for this service on Nov 27th 2022 as they promised me that I will get a refund if I don't like the service within 7 days. I have asked them to refund my money the same day as I didn't like the service but its been 10 days and they haven't refunded yet and they are not answering my messages and calls.

      Hi I have been a customer of ********************** operated by Kanak consulting Inc. for more than one year but last week they cancelled my service saying that I have to renew my subscription. I subscribed Kanak Consulting Inc on Oct 9th 2021 for 15 months and I paid $180 for that. How is this possible? Please advise me in this matter because I called them so many times, but they are not ready to help. Please look into this matter and do the needful. The service should be for 15 months I still have 3 more month services. I have all the Whatsapp screenshots showing what the offer was. I tried to call them several times, but they are not responding.

That's why our activation team stopped the service after completion of 12 months.

      First thing I don't know if their service is legal or not.I paid for 1 year subscription and their service not even worked for straight for 24hours on my device. They at least try to fix ************************************************************************************************************** like spam calling and bothering me even today for past ************************************************ anymore. This is against the customer privacy. I am going to file a complaint to local state attorney general to refund $200 my full subscription money paid for 14 months of service ( Invoice Number HTX250658) the compensation for time they wasted my personal time. I am seeing similar issues complained by other customers. We need to stop them cheating the customers.
