  I was told that I will get 15 months service from Jan-2023 for subscribing to Hellow TV IP service and they charged $200 for that on 12/18/22 saying rest of the Dec is promotional. I was also told 1 month for each referral which i referred 2. They started to call from Aug-23 for renewal. But, before 1 year is completed they shut down my service on 12/18/23. When I called, they are telling me that the guy who sold me the service is no longer with them and they can't provide the service for more than 12 months. I see lot of complaint here but doesn't seemed to bother the business. They still have the audacity to call me 10 times everyday from ***** for renewal of service and sadly we can't do anything about it.

  ***** services last year for $200 for 13 month always has an buffering issue called email multiple times but no response. But the commitment was made for 13 month and they started asking about renewal 3-4 months before and sales person gave commitment of extra month if you renew now. But there is no email confirmation about end date. Again next year sales person started renewal 3-4 months before. Asked about anout last years renewal and and additional month and sales person is asking about do you have email. But they don't give any email confirmation. So just get confirmation at the time of renew

  This is a scam, i strongly suggest not to take this iptv subscription. I was told that I will get 14 months service while subscribing it and they charged $200 for that. But, before 1 year is completed they shut down my service. When I called, they are telling me that the guy who sold me the service is no longer with them and they can't provide the service. They are again asking me to renew so that I can get 14 months service from now on. I am sure after some period they will do the same thing, to stop the service and renew again. NEVER GO with them.

  Beware. This is a scam. I bought one year subscription for $200 on Aug 18, 2021. Then they started a promotion saying if I upgrade, I will get 2 months free. I have proof of their messages which I sent them on WhatsApp. I upgraded and paid another $180 in Oct 2021. Then they started calling me saying if I give them a referral, I will get one month free. I gave them a referral and my friends ended up purchasing the yearly subscription. They cut off my subscription on Aug 18, 2022 saying my subscription expired. After haggling with them and sending all the proofs, one of the reps who was talking to me said (WhatsApp conversation) she reinstated my subscription and confirmed my subscription expiration is now Oct 18th (again I have proof of her conversation on WhatsApp). On Sept 18th, another rep informed me that my subscription expired. I spent several hours trying to convince with proofs that it shouldnt. This new rep told me that she is the one who is handling my account and no one else. I am just exhausted with them and have spent hours and hours haggling with different reps. ****** do not use their services. That are scam

  One of the salesperson/consultant who has been pushing me to sell the **** box.I initially talked to the person , asked details. Once the details were shared , I checked and did not find the product appealing. So when ****** contacted me again - I told him i am not interested. Since that time , he has been hounding me since then - each time I have told very clear I am not interested , not to reach out to me again and block whatever no he was calling. But he keeps on calling from different nos. This is nothing but harassment
