    My dogs remains were sent to Pet Meadow on 1/14. Received an email with her information on 1/14 stating if I had a question to contact them. I wrote back and asked if they seriously charged $50. For a pawprint. ( on 1/14). No response. 3 weeks went by and I finally called ************ , where she was euthanized, and they said to call pet meadow directly. ( this was on 2/3). Pet Meadow said oh we still have her here. I asked if it was her ashes and she said No, cushla is here waiting to see if you wanted any extra services!!!!. I asked for a supervisor and he kept repeating we wanted to be sure you didnt want anything from her - print, hair clipping etc. I was sickened by the fact that her body sat there for 3 weeks- 21 days- and they NEVER called or contacted me! I had no idea she was still there!! They finally cremated her that afternoon. ( 2/3) I paid 450$ for this service and not only did it break my heart to think of her body lying there, I was appalled that they never reached out to me. If I hadnt called them she might still be there today. This, to me, was disgraceful and uncalled for. To not have contacted me is inexcusable. Id like my money back. It wont help the picture I have in my mind of her body lying there in a morgue, but they need to know this is inexcusable ! I dont want this to happen to anyone else, because it was horrible.

    On Saturday 8/19/23 I needed to bring my cat ***** to ******** Vets in Hillsboro to be euthanized since she had been suffering from congestive heart failure and her vets office was closed. Her vet knew her condition was terminal and I couldn't stand to see her suffering any longer. While there, I was given a brochure for Pet Meadow listing items I could purchase and told to order asap since they will come Monday for her remains. I ordered a paw print online the same day for $27. On 9/4 I called the Hamilton location since I haven't received any correspondence and spoke with ***** who informed me someone will call me in a few weeks to pick up the print at the Hamilton location. Two weeks ago I called them again to find out why I haven't heard anything and was told there was an issue with the person handling cremations back in August and they didn't take paw prints and only cremated all the animals by accident! She said they were let go at that time! She said for my troubles she could send me a rock with *****'s name on it. So, for almost 3 months I never got a call or letter explaining any of this!! I told her I want a refund or donate the money to a cat rescue. She said she would send me a refund two weeks ago and I'm still waiting. This place scams people and robs them of their dignity for simply wanting to have something special to remember their beloved pet! Please shut them down!! My order #****-4842

    My cat was put to sleep on august 17,2023 at **************** animal hospital. His remains were immediately sent out to Hamilton Pet Meadow in ********** and received the same day according to pet Meadows website.remains. I was told on August 17 that my pets remains would be returned in 2 weeks. To date, there is no status update nor have I received my cats remains . I paid $568 on August 16 to have the remains cremated. I have left numerous phone messages and emails to which have all of an unreturned.
