On January 10, ****, this company was dispatched by my insurance company (Mutual of Enumclaw) to unlock my vehicle. I was told that someone would arrive in approximately one (1) hour. A couple of hours later, I received a call from ************ - a male said he was at my car. I went out to the parking lot, but no one was there. I waited for approximately 10 minutes, then tried to call the number back. I received no answer, but left a voicemail message. I called my insurance company back - they got the dispatcher on the phone, who said that their agent was waiting at the car, and that the police had been called as the owner did not authorize the unlock. I walked around the building and discovered a group of people around another ****** Camry (not even the same color or year as mine). The agent, dressed in pajamas, was on the phone. I was on the phone with the dispatcher and my insurance company (conference call). I verified that the *** on the agent's phone did not match the *** of the vehicle he'd tried to enter. The dispatcher asked if he was going to unlock my vehicle; he said, "NO!" and drove off. I do not believe that this company is even licensed to conduct business in the ****************, **.

****************** assigned me this outfit to provide me with roadside assistance. After about 3 hours continuous delays they told ****************** they had arrived to provide me with roadside assistance when they never did. After contacting **** they put me in touch with their dispatcher in **********, being in ********* I found this to be odd. Anyways they came clean to me that they never had anyone to send to provide me with roadside, then pawned me off onto another service in *********. After another 90 minutes of waiting around for this service they to admitted they could not provide me with service. I spent 8 hours stranded in the middle of no where, when finally the Washington ********************** provided me with an actual local service. Because of this outfits lies I am out about $400 dollars worth of hotel costs and hockey tickets to a event in Northern ********* I never made, plus I had to pay another $168 for the roadside assistance they could never provide, which mind you is suppose to be free for **** customers who lease a vehicle though them. And believe me **** is going to get theirs in the end, for hiring and contracting to such a unreliable service whose actions come real come to fraud, because I will give three-to-one odds they billed **** for providing me service when in the end they could no do so at all. And maybe a complaint to the ********* ************************* is warranted here, so they can start an investigation into this, to make sure that criminal acts such as fraud were not committed.
