  On thanksgiving blew a brand new tire. First guy hangs up on me after saying hes not changing a tire on 5. They tell me lies about the road having restrictions and no on is allowed there. After hours OHP helped me, life saver. I was stuck, couldnt get the lug nuts loose and both ******* and Allstate use Andrometer, my only two choices. There was no restriction, these guys left me my two kids and mom stranded for hours.

  I got flat tire on my car, called geico and send out some roadside assistance. But the guy they sent out is very aggressive and trying to avoid some works done. so instead of helping me change it, he called back my insurance and told them that my tires are okay and I should call and request a tow-truck. How hard for his job to change it to my spare tires. They also keep changing the time of arrival, so they can avoid the job.

  The person dispatched out to me was very nice, she got right to changing my tire and before she arrived contacted me to confirm I still needed service and to let me know she was in route. Being female it was nice to see another female arrive. Thanks so much!

  These guys stopped answering my wife's phone calls and answered my number immediately. Gave us the run around on out Jump start claim and then told us when called, that they couldn't make it because their roadside assistance was having car trouble. Sent myle to a number that went straight to voice-mail on a full inbox and stopped answering my phone calls as well.

  If you are a person contracted to do the road side assistance to help others they give you the run around on direct deposit and end up not paying at all

  I wish I could give zero stars. I had a flat tire after traveling. called GM for roadside assistance which is covered by my warranty. no money should be handled. *** that came out said we owed $. at almost 2 am I just said fine and paid. *** gave wrong *********** owed some money back to him but it was an hour later and we didn't live nearby. we said we'd send him a cashiers check. he has since called & harassed me over and over again when I plan to send a check, not sure how quickly he thinks the mail is but the harassment is not necessary. on top of that he shouldn't receive any money at all from us as he's now double dipping, getting cash from unsuspecting people in trouble on the road plus getting paid from roadside assistance. shady and dishonest!!!

  Terrible company! Needed a flat tire fixed on new years eve; called my insurance company (gieco) they transferred me to Road side assistance (Andrometer LLC). Told them my situation, and was not in a safe location; estimated time for tow truck 45 minutes. After several phone calls and waiting over 3 hours (tow truck never showed up). I called someone (family member) to come Change my tire ( they had to drive 30 minutes to help me). Employee of Andrometer called me as my family member was changing my tire, I told them I no longer needed their service. Man on phone was very rude, telling me he was already on his way and if I didn't need them in should have called and canceled, I said they should have come within the 45 minutes time frame I was told. I explained to man on phone I've waited over 3 hours, he was not happy that I "wasted his time:. He said have a good evening and I said have a good evening and he hung up. Then he sent text message to me."Some people can't even get a tow right now idk why people think drivers can just come at the snap of fingers "I was apauled by this! Very inappropriate.

  100% Going to be talking to USAA about these guys. I sat freezing my bits off for almost 2 hours when I was told a 35 min wait just to pop my door open. I don't need a f****** tow truck, just some clown with a door lock. If I could give less I would for letting people freeze.

  Not only did the truck come an extra hour after the already expected hour wait time but the driver was very inappropriate. He played music supporting white supremest ideologies and racially spoke down on minorities. He made me very uncomfortable as a woman alone in a car with him without service. I wish I had his name to report to the company. Please use a different towing service.
