    Several months ago I notified sno-** about a auger breaking on my sno-************* blower along with the auger belt. They notified me that they were out of both parts. After some time passing they finally sent my auger pulley but the belt was still on back order! Mind you that now I've been without the use of my sno-************* blower for the entire season. Still no belt. They sent me a wrong belt for a snow thrower and not the large belt as I needed to get my machine up and running.I notified them of the error in several emails over the past few weeks but the refuse to respond at all.Sno-** can certainly continue to produce new sno blowers along with the belt that I seek for a replacement but cannot send me a belt that's covered under warranty? I'd like the decency of a reply and my belt given to me as per the terms of the warranty. Hopefully I can use my sno-** this winter as sno-** ' s crummy stock pile is evidently not stocked well at all.All the shipping delays aside as the federal government claims sno-** continues to put together new units for sale but can spare a belt for me the already paid customer?!Thanks for reading,*****************

    I ordered a Einhell GE-CT 18 volt power x change cordless grass trimmer back on 5/23 from Flexshopper. I never received this product and I am being charged for it.
