    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just opened my new SunJoe pressure washer for the first time yesterday. Weather has been bad so its been sitting in my garage for maybe a month. I opened it and one of the wheel clasps were broke and it was missing the garden hose adapter. I activated the warranty on it immediately and reached out with my issue. They said the adapter is not in stock and they don't know when it will be (the unit I bought was an older version but was at **********, so I understand the part not being in stock). Then when I asked what else they could do for me, it became an issue because I didn't have the receipt (which seems to be common based on the reviews I've read about sun and snowjoe not honoring their warranties). All I was asking for was a basic hose adapter. I don't understand how I have an active warranty yet they wont help me because I don't have the receipt. I sent them a screenshot of it coming out of my bank account but they wouldn't honor that either. The unit is brand new. I offered to send it back to them and they basically told me tough luck. The unit is useless without the adapter. So I just blew almost $200. The right thing to do would be to send me a new unit since the piece is not in stock and they don't know when it will be again. But will that happen? ****. They will do anything to not have to replace your unit/pieces of the unit. I have multiple sun and snowjoe products and have never had an issue until now. The customer service is terrible. Will never be buying a product from them again. I really wish they would make this right.

    Had an issue with my pressure washer, it had a cracked part that was causing a leak. I chatted with customer service agent ***** *******. He was happy to assist. Unfortunately the part isnt sold by itself. So he replaced the whole pressure washer! It was easy to handle and deal with. Not sure about these 1 star reviews, but I have never had any customer issues with ********************** or **********************.

    I have been waiting since November 30 2024 for my solution from Snow Joe for my issue with my snow blower not working.,finally after a month of dispute they accepted my return however another month has gone by and No refund. Poor customer service No supervisor to address issue and just say it's coming. Wow. It's simple return my money. They haven't. It is February 9, 2025 How can a company so big not address the customer concerns.

    SNOW JOE is a SNOW JOB Unfortunately I'm compelled to share my experiences with Snow/Sun Joe ***lacement issues while product under warranty. I've had 3 separate issues where ***lacement parts ( &/or ***lacement of the product in total) are out of stock. The **** is placed on customer to 'call back in 4-6 wks'. Susequent follow *** result in requesting more follow *** in 4-6 weeks. ****. Service *** may offer ONLY STORE CREDIT ( not a refund ) usually when in 2nd mo of Out of Stock. Store credit doesn't help when the item you need is Out Of Stock. And to Extend the Warranty ( since you cant use the product) I've waited 3 months before being issued a complete ***lacement unit.. that ***lacement unit lasted < a year,where the coupling became unglued from the hose rendering it unusable. I ***orted it on 8/31. Now entering the 5th month, and,still all is out of stock. Again offered store credit since they had no complete ***lacement ( out of stock) . Finally able to have Snow Joe issue a refund. We were 'loyal' snowjoe consumers, however, their lack of product support , incompetence with ************************ coupled with inadequate customer issue resolutions has us purchasing from other companies.

Here it is 10 weeks, 2 months and 2 weeks since it was approved and I'm told to "rest assured", "no worries"..call us back in 2-3weeks..we will email you status ( this never happened). It is sitting in accounting work queue and we have no direct contact. Kindly expedite this

    On Jan 3rd, a supervisor/manager authorized a refund. I follow up every 2-3 wks. The reasons for delay range from " we are dealing with a new bank"' to its in the accounting work queue, we have no direct communication with them. But " rest assured" we will find out the delay and email you ( this customer promise made 2x and No email). "NO WORRIES Mrs ****** rest assured I will follow up with the supervisor and contact you in a few days". Needless to say, no *********** is now 7 months to simply get a replacement-under warranty for a hose/coupling. And it's now 10 weeks, 2.5 months since a refund was approved. Kindly expedite my refund.

    My company purchased a Cordless Snow Blower from Snow Joe in October to prepare for the winter. We did not unbox it until the end of November 2024. After unpacking we noticed that 1 of the 4 batteries was discolored. We put them on the charger and it would not charge. I originally contacted HD supply of whom we purchased it through and they finally told me to contact Snow Joe on December 11. I reached out to Snow Joe on December 17 and they made me take videos of me putting the battery on the charger and send photos and the receipt. I was assigned a ticket number on 12/17. As of today 1/3/25 I still had not heard from them so I called them back. They told me in order for them to replace the battery, I must first take the battery to a disposal center and take a photo then they will send out a battery. This should not be my responsibility and you will not replace a defective battery unless I do so. This is totally ridiculous and for what we paid for the product and I have to go through all this. I wish the company would had read the reviews first. Stay clear of products from this company.

    I bought items off the online store but it's not correct item I checked the specification said it would work I'm upset because I can't get my return shipping just $20 it's not the amount it's just the fact that I can't get my money back.     After shipping back the items and your company processed my return the amount was $13 dollars less then what i paid. So altogether i'm out $33. Thank you for the inconvenience with poor customer service.

    I have been having problems getting replacement parts for my snowblower. I purchased the snowblower about 4 years ago and was pleased with the operation. Since then I have been trying to purchase replacement scraper bars (scraper blades) and have been told for the last eight months that the blades are out of stock but I will be contacted when they are available. Now I am being told that the item is still out of stock and there is no date when the inventory may be available. They are a terrible company to do business with and their customer service is awful. I even asked if the model I purchased has been discontinued and they assured me that it is still being produces but obviously they will not be able to provide replacement parts when needed.Please beware of this company and do not purchase any of their product if you want to avoid a similar situation.
