    Received a fraud w2 in the mail for someone from interactive gaming llc that won money and reported winnings under my SS #. This is fraud and not me. Ive contacted the business via email 3 times, filed a police report, and filed with ***,*** etc. no one from the business has contacted me back and their phone # does not work. absolute scam of business and should be shut down to let something like this happen and not even try to rectify the situation at all.

    I have never downloaded or been on the app. I recently received two W-2G Forms claiming that I earned winnings, one for 3120 and the other for other for 2000. It has my last 4 of my Social Security and everything. This is the first time I ever even heard of this business which had me searching on the internet to figure out what was going on or who it was. I believe they may have stolen my identity.

    Lottery had just hacked my 50.00 Dollars!! I'm !! AND sick an tired of all stupid scammers,and fraudulent bank accounts!! Now I'm very serious!! I'm ready to call the police and throw them all in Behind Bars!! Now they took it off and not gave me my lottery tickets to scratch them!!! Now ASAP refund my money!!!

    I purchased four scratch tickets at $10 each. Ticket numbers ending in ***, ***, ***, and ***. When my order was received I was told that *** would be refunded. I never received a copy of the ticket, I reached out to jackpot to find out why I was refunded. It seemed suspicious. I received a email back saying that my ticket was damaged and that is why I was refunded. I requested a copy of the ticket to verify it was damaged and I have not received a response back. On the website it says this is very secure and they have taken all measures to ensure fraud can’t occur, however, I believe this is how fraud would occur. If the store clerk scratched my ticket sees it’s a big winner what is to stop them from saying my ticket is damaged or if they simply didn’t want to pay on a big ticket this would be a way to do that. I do not know why they will not provide a copy of the damaged ticket. I am hoping someone will look into this soon, it is very suspicious.

    I noticed unauthorized charges from Jackpocket on my bank statement. I reported these charges and my bank investigated. I logged in to my account to find that the funds I had in my account had been manually withdrawn by Jackpocket. They got charged by my bank for the unauthorized transaction and they made themselves whole by raiding my account funds. Not the type of business you want to trust with lottery winnings if you struck it big.

    On Feb 28,2024 I wrote to Jackpocket Casino customer service regarding the malfunctioning of their online games. As I played their games which I paid for, the games froze, glitched, and malfunctioned. Almost 10 days later I have nor received a response. I also filed a dispute with my bank for malfunctioning games. No response from Jackpocket. This gaming app has many reviews in the Apple Store stating the same complaint as I am making. I have requested a refund and again, no response from customer service.
