I had parked in a Target Park USA garage in ************ for about 2 1/2 years and notified Target Parking USA employee ****** ******* on November 6, 2024 that I would be cancelling my spot at that garage my next renewal on December 3, 2024 because I moved. I got an email from Patrician ******, the manager, stating that rates would be going up. I emailed her on the same email chain that I emailed her employee ****** ******* clearly stating I wanted to cancel on November 6th, well over 30 days in advance of my cancellation date. ******** ****** said that ****** ******* no longer works there so my notice did not count. I asked her why she didn't have that exemployee's client communications forwarded so there would be continuous service to her customers she said that didn't matter since I could've looked up other people in the company to call on my own. She actually said that in written email response to me. Currently I am being billed for 3 months of parking plus late fees.

Good morning,Customer sent an email to an inactive email address and received a response that the email address was no longer active. Customer then simply ignored the email she received back and didn't try to contact someone else even though she had my email address as I had emailed her some time before. Customer new we didn't receive her email and therefor her cancelation was not effective and choose to ignore this. Until the balance is paid, we cannot cancel the account. Customer is welcome to work out either a payment plan or a reduced payment but will have to make payment for the account to be closed.Thank you,********

This is unbelievable. I have a contract with Target Park USA. The cancellation clause says you must provide written notice of cancellation 30 days in advance and I did that on November 6, 2024 for a December 23, 2024 renewal so I did meet the contract specifications on cancelling my service. Not that it's relevant, but I did not receive a undeliverable mail message for the Target Park employee that was no longer employed by Target Park USA. I am a client of Target Park USA so it is a Human Resource issue (and lack of customer service policies and procedures) and it is the responsibility of Target Park USA to notify their customer's if there is going to be a change in personnel and communications. I never received anything from Target Park about any changes in communications. I received an email from ******** ****** on November 30, 2024 stating rates were going up and I answered her with the email chain from her terminated employee that I did, in fact, notify Target Park USA a full 47 days in advance. The Target Park USA manager, ******** ******, clearly could see that I notified her employee in good faith, but is choosing to do business in an unethical way because they know few people will challenge them legally and since they are not a regulated business like insurance or banking they get by with it. I will challenge.

We have over 600 customers and none have this issue. If anyone tries to send an email to ******************************** they will receive a response that the email is no longer available. I set this up myself the same day that ****** left. We additionally always send customers an email in return when a customer emails us to make sure that everything is documented. As a longtime customer as Ms. ***** says she was she would have none this. She didn't receive a confirmation of cancelation, nor did she contact the office, which she had the phone number for to make sure everything was ok when she did not hear from us. She waited over a month and a half before contacting us back and simply choose to ignore the invoice that was sent to her. There is nothing else for us to do here.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by ***************************** from your *******, ** office. I had reached out to her via email and telephonically to explain the unfortunate situation with my TargetPark account and request the waiver of the $50 decline fee, but her response was abrupt, unrelenting, and lacked understanding. On August 2, 2023, I received an email notification indicating that my payment for the current month had declined, resulting in the assessment of a $50 decline fee. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I immediately contacted ***************************** to seek assistance and clarification on what had transpired via emails sent on August 2, 2023 and telephonically on August 3, 2023. To my dismay, ******** displayed an uncooperative attitude and refused to provide me with access to a supervisor or someone with higher authority who could address my concerns. She stated that she was the sole person in charge of such matters, leaving me with no opportunity for escalation or further assistance. I have been speaking regularly with ******** in the process of established this new account dating back to April 8, 2023. At that time, I had informed ***************************** of my new address at *******************************************************. I had established and successfully charged my first month's payment of $514.95 on June 23, 2023 using the very same **************** charge account. Somehow there was an address mismatch at Target Park and I was immediately assessed a $50 Decline fee with no advance notice with Target Park. I understand that address mismatches can happen due to various reasons, and I took immediate action on the very same day of notification to rectify the situation upon being notified of the decline. It is disheartening that my efforts were met with resistance and indifference from a representative of Target Park, namely *****************************.

Good afternoon,It is company policy that if a credit card declines there is a decline fee. This is stated online and signed by the customer when they agree to park with us. This can be verified at *********************************************************. I asked the customer several times to forward me said email stating that his address would be changing. If we had received said email, we would have stopped his payment from going through and would have avoided him receiving a decline fee. We do not have said email and the customer has not forwarded us said email. This was a legitimate decline fee. I ask the BBB to please remove this incorrect review.thank you,
