      **** was very professional and helpful in getting my business the opportunity to have zero credit card processing fees. As a new business owner it's the little things that help keep us growing.

      I was having a rough time getting a POS system for my business because I didn't have too much credit. I was contacted by a third party company (will leave unnamed). Because I was having a difficult time they were taking advantage me with all these extra service charges and astronomical fees. **************** was horrible and I felt I had to deal with it because i didnt have too many options. **** from Slice reached out to me and pointed so many things out to me and Continued to check on me even though I had "signed up" with a different company. I am a gut follower and by his third check in I had cancelled with the other company and put all my eggs in ****'s basket and he represented Slice so well I had to believe in them also. This man went above and beyond to get me the best POS system. It took awhile but he didn't give up and I felt I had a partner in this so I didn't give up either. Ultimately he got me a new beautiful POS system, got me off paypal which i had returned to after the "other people", I'm able to get new customers and the experience was just amazing. To this day he calls and checks on me and makes sure everything is going great. I couldn't have made a better decision. I almost feel like I need to set a plate for Thanksgiving dinner for **** because he's definitely family. My system is great and easy to use. Also I didn't just get lucky with ********** had great tech support in my set up and never felt like I had to figure anything out or go on ******* to understand. Slice is great in my book and they believe in their customers even before they are customers. They believe in the small businesses in which this country was built on. I can't say enough about the system or the service I have received thus far from Slice. I love having a direct connect where I don't have to push 1 for English, sit on hold for 2 hours and get nowhere. If you try them and receive just half of the customer service experience I have experienced you won't be disappointed.

      Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. The account manager did nothing but lie. Cost me my grand opening. Took a week to get approved was promised it would take ***** hours. Im on the fourth day of waiting on a supervisor to contact me. Do not sign up with them. They arent worth the headache they will smooth talk you into the contract and drop you as soon as you sign.

      For this account, there was an underwriting delay due to some questions regarding the business location. Slice worked diligently to provide the requested answers and get the account approved. We must comply with requests from underwriting before an account is approved. While we do acknowledge approval took two additional business days due to the circumstances, Slice worked expeditiously to obtain the approval for this client.

      I was blown away by the customer service I had revieved from a splice representative today. Very thorough with explaining there service. I explained the type of business I just started and explained high interest in getting a wireless credit/debit card machine to accept card payments at the swapmeet I run my business. He set me up and had my application finished with me sending all the documents to him in 20 minutes. Very excited to start accepting card payments. THANK YOU ****!!!

      Sent me to debt collection and I had no clue I even had a debt after a year. They didnt have the courtesy to call me or send an email saying they were owed money.

      I spoke to this merchant. He understands that Slice has not placed a collection against him. This review is inaccurate and slanderous. We will be taking action to protect our reputation against this false claim.

      I did receive a call from representative from slice. He said ********** was the company that placed a collection against me. *** never signed an agreement with ********** and Ive asked for a copy of the agreement. Im not sure how a company can send me to collections if Ive never written a formal agreement with **********

      We asked to purchase the equipment and they said yes. They then leased us the equipment with am astronomical buy-out option from a third party. I do not recommend them due to their bait and switch tactics.
