      I feel that as a new business owner, things should have been explained to me more thoroughly by my Slice representative. Instead it's been more a learning relationship which at times has caused frustration and aggregation. However, now that it's been several months and I have been able to use the system in real time, things are better. I can usually get ahold of my representative by phone but always by email. **** has always handled or found a solution to fix or correct the problems.

      Slice is a great company. One of the best decisions I have made in a while. Of course the company is no better than its employees and **** tops them all. He is not one of those company reps that signs you up and you never here from again. He follows up every week making sure everything is going well and that I am happy.
