    I got in contact with Young Water and Sewer via a home protection plan. This company identified Plumbing issues in my house which was not covered by the home protection warranty.I agreed to work with "Young water and Sewer" with out of pocket expenses. we signed the contract in Sept 2023 and was told that they will fix the plumbing ( Jacuzzi Jets issue) for a charge of $475. One f the plumbers came with the wrong part in Sept and went back saying they need a different part.since Sept 2023 till January 26th **** I have been following up with this company to check when they would fix the issue. Today when I talked to ***** ( from Young Water and Sewer") she said the work was already completed and I was lying. This person was verbally abusive without even trying to understand the full story/sequence of events and was shouting all over.I told her the work was not done and asked for full refund she decline to refund the money. Later on when she realized that they did not complete the work she called and started saying she will only refund part because the plumber had been to my house with a wrong part and they need to charge a service fees of ~$200. I told her i need full refund and not partial.I would not recommend this company to anyone. These people are rude, abusive and are trying to steal money from customers.

    When our sewer line backed up and needed replacement, I had just come home from the hospital following a bout with Covid. I was in quarantine and stayed isolated. *** had someone there almost immediately to fix the problem. She then took over the project which required digging up our family room floor to replace the pipe. She was **************** determined what needed done and had her crew start immediately. Her crews were also terrific. They came on time, were considerate of our property and fixed the problem in just two days! They cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they dug up our floor. *** was a strong advocate for us with the insurance company and handled everything. I strongly recommend *** and her staff at Young's Water and Sewer.

    From start to finish *** and her team were AMAZING! I had to get my main water line replaced and had no idea how to go about doing it through my homeowners insurance. *** explained all the details to me and assisted on every call with the adjuster. Its rare that you find business owners that treat you like family and REALLY care. They offer financing and did great work in a ****************** manner. *** was so patient with me and understood my circumstances. Thank you Youngs for making a very stressful situation a great experience!

    YELP REVIEWS I made a mistake by doing business with them. ***************************, I believe she is the boss. She was talking to me disrespectfully with a lack of respect. Never again I would do business with her. Stay away. **************** 3/18/2022 "Bad" is an understatement.This past week my water heater in my recently purchased home, finally went after 25yrs. When I purchased the home the sellers agreed to a home warranty under the company Choice Home Warranty. CHW covered the Water Heater and one man's labor for the job.CHW recruited Youngs Water and Sewer to do the job. I was contacted by ********************************** the owner of the company who at first seem helpful and trustworthy, boy was I wrong. I asked *** to try her hardest to get me a *************************** water heater which she did, or should I say CHW did, but only through constant back-and-forth phone calls with the two companies.When the two techs arrived that's only when I found out that I was getting a ***************************. Meanwhile, I was charged an extra $735 for an expansion tank, 4in vent, and a main valve fix. Now the Main Valve fix was one valve that was secondary to the main and about a foot of copper pipe that took ten minutes to do. *** charged me $395 for that, so tack that on and my bill for installation is at $1300 including the initial holds.Oh and she also tried to charge my card the $735 without asking me, the only reason I found out was because my card kept declining it. The proposal clearly stated that the job would be paid in full after completion. Furthermore, once the tank was installed I noticed it was dented and scratched. Her techs tried to get me to sign a handwritten uncertified document stating that

    Great service! We had an usual plumbing issue which took a bit of investigation to figure out. The guys never gave up and figured it out. Also great follow up from the office. Would very much recommend and will use again!

    The worst experience ever! *** is rude and verbally abusive using profanity not only to me but her employees. She over charged me and refuses to refund my money. Left my home a messy disaster and with no running water. She was caught in several lies and is a very disturbed person to deal with. This is a first for me to leave a review, however, people should be warned! She doesn't deserve 1 star but zero or negative stars was not an option.
