      Overall we had a great experience with Pool Town. They are very organized and the different phases they have in place, allows you to keep track of the work and anticipate what is coming. Everyone was very responsive to questions and or concerns that I had during the process. They adhered to the schedule as promised. The part that took the most time was getting the town permits, which Pool Town does not have control over. I would certainly feel comfortable to recommend Pool Town to others who are thinking of "splashing" into their own pool.

      Signed on for my in-ground pool project in July, construction started in early September and everything was completed by mid October! The process was well organized. The staff at Pool Town handled the paperwork with my township for permits and coordinating all the days work would be completed at the house. I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone looking for an in-ground pool!

      Unfortunately, my image of Pool Town was tarred after many attempts to have them help with a pool that was not built by them. Finally, during Covid I installed new pavers and coping including liner. Pavers were done by others but, Pool Town had everything else including coping, railing, diving board etc. Well.. it was a NIGHTMARE to coordinate pool town with others. Pool Town removed and cut my old liner to only have it practically all collapse by the time they returned to install the liner. Having to reshape the bottom, many stones were left under the liner. I decided to not deal with installing a diving board or use the baby above ground pool railing that Pool Town insisted I needed. I am dealing with customer service that have no clue how to talk to customers and they only have word vomit when talking. There is no intelligence or common sense and no expertise to rely on. Not to mention the repeated times they do not call to provide a time of service and no show after taking a day from work. I'm done!zero stars deserved.

      Pool Town has been by far the easiest company I have ever worked with. I have not a single complaint about them or the way they handle the entire pool process. They created everything we could have wanted and more. My family will have endless memories enjoying our backyard oasis for years to come, Im so grateful! Thank you pool town!!!!
