      Our Experience with pool town was nothing short of spectacular.From ***** in Sales to ********** in project management who manages everything and everyone. They built us an oasis to enjoy for many years to come. If you want a pool company that is not only professional and on top of things then look no further then Pool town.

      My experience with Pooltown has been excellent. *****, who handled the sales part, was honest and provided detailed information that set clear expectations. Thanks to him, there were no surprises.Pooltown managed all the permits, making the process easy and stress-free. There were no surprises, and the permit process took just two weeks.The entire project, from excavation to the final concrete work, was completed in seven weeks. The excavation went smoothly without any issues. The pool installation exceeded my expectations, with **** doing an outstanding job.The office staff was also great, promptly responding to all my questions. My main concern was the horror stories Id heard about delays and poor communication from other companies, but Pooltown was always responsive to my emails and calls. This is a very honest company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

      This is hands down the worst pool company I have had to deal with. There is no communication until a payment is do and once received there is no communication. You have to leave voicemails and receive replies days or weeks later. Excel the warranty people all have attitudes when you call about issues with your pool. Pool did not come on for a week and when I get someone here they say it is an electrical problem when a certified electrician said it was a pool issues after 9 days of maintenance pool not running. They are all about sell if you dont have it figure out by the time they leave you are definitely on your own. I would not recommend these guys to new pool owners. ******

      I would highly recommend pool town for any pool installation services. They have made our dream a reality. They work effectively and efficiently. Their contractors are all amazing and do great work. From beginning to end they have had great communication answering any and all of our questions and addressing any concerns that we may have had. They completed the entire project in the timeframe that was promised. A special thanks to ********** who went above and beyond to make this an extremely smooth process. Thank you to ***** who gave us a thorough understanding of how the equipment works. **** and the office staff have been extremely helpful during the entire process. We are beyond happy with the final results. It is better than what we ever dreamed it could be. Thank you Pool Town.

      I would definitely recommend Pool Town to anyone looking to install a pool. The entire team is knowledgeable and accommodating. The pool is constructed with quality products and the packages they sell are worth the money. Installation was smooth and the installer was accommodating and worked efficiently. Final product couldnt have come out better!!

      My experience with pool town has been a rolling coaster. I will say save the headache and go somewhere else! It has been a little over a year, more than 70k dollars and my pool has a tacky patch from a leak of an over price liner that came damaged. How can they think is acceptable for me to waste my time, money and be content with this type of job. It ridiculousCarl the sales person is out of the picture once the sale is done, a few of the ladies on the phone are extremely rude, and they seem not to have management. They refuse to have you speak with a manager or the owner. Also, beware of the selling process scams, we paid extra for the better frame and the top of the line liner, yet they wont replace it. I know a few people that went through them as well and seem that our stories are very similar. On a different note their excavators and hardscaping contractors were actually very nice and did a good job.

      We had our pool installed by Pool Town in 2014. From the choosing stage & throughout the digging & building phase to completion, as well as the years to current day, we have been treated with respect by all Pool Town employees encountered.Our questions have always been answered & recommendations offered courteously to us.**** made our buying experience less complicated, ************ desk associates greeted you cheerfully, **** & gang from the retail store whos chemical knowledge will help you balance the toughest ************ & staff at ******************* for prompt replies with answers to our many questions.I suggest checking out Pool Town for your new pool or any of your pool needs & upgrades .

      I highly recommend Pool Town for your pool installation and needs. I am so over the moon with my new Pool Town pool. My summer is filled with fun and laughter. Pool Town has been amazing during the entire process from explaining the process completely to ensure there were no surprises and I understood the process and timeline. The ladies in the office who you know really run the operation were truly amazing and so friendly to speak with. Shout out to ************************, *******, ******, *****, ****, *****, ****, ****** and *** too! Thank you for an amazing pleasant experience. Looking forward to many cold drinks poolside!
