      From the start, ****, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with information about the process. ******, ***** and ****** in the permit department made it very easy with obtaining the proper permits necessary. Excavation and backfill with ***** went very smoothly as well as the install with *****. Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the process also went smoothly, *****, ****, **** and ****** were all available to answer any questions and address any concerns very quickly. All in all I would recommend Pool Town Inc. to anyone thinking about having a pool installed in their yard.

      We love our new pool! Pooltown was great to work with, showed up when they said, were very tidy, and installed ****************! We have no issues from design phase through our final inspection. Subcontractors who specialize in concrete and waterfall were also easy to work with. A special shout-out to ***********************, *********************, and *****************. Great team! I highly recommend.

      Pooltown installed our pool in 2023. we had an amazing experience with them. from sales to installation the customer service was top notch. ****, *****, ***** and ****** and his crew were top notch. they were friendly and took pride in thier work and interactions! Cost effective, polite, and awesome work!! cant wait to spend our ******* with our amazing pool!

      We had a great experience with PoolTown right from our first meeting. We walked through what we were looking to do and planned it out. From ***** at the start to **** who just did our final cleaning, everyone was great and got ** into our pool quickly without headache :-) We will recommend you guys to all our friends who are looking at putting a pool in.

      Our pool is beautiful, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. ****, always the consummate professional, stayed with us throughout and was able to answer questions for us and help things move along from start to finish. ******* built us the pool of out dreams in record time, and ******* and ***** returned several times to ensure that the ever present red dirt in our area was properly removed and our beautiful white liner looked perfect. Some hiccups in communication were addressed by ***** at the end of stage 3, and i am confident that we will continue using Pool Town to maintain our backyard oasis for years to come.

      The installation was quicker than what we anticipated. The electricians where extremely helpful, they took their time showing us how to use the pool features and the phone app. We only had an issue with the waterfall guy who was extremely difficult to contact for scheduling. Whenever we had any issues, they were taken care of fairly quickly by management. Our pool looks gorgeous and better than what we had expected. We love it!

      The beginning of the experience was great. Our sales person explained all options and guided us very well in our dream pool. That's where it ended. The engineer that was assigned did not understand the building guidelines in our town and we had a very lengthy time getting the correct drawings to our zoning officials. Install took place late in the year and we felt with what that time of the year gives you. When the pool was finished we pointed out areas of concern with concrete work around the water shooters we opted for. Pool liner that was pulling down in a few areas and not fitting properly. We opted for the tile boarder around the pool, this was a mistake. Not installed to have a smooth transition. Low and high spots and exposed sharp edges. I was not happy with the fix they came and performed. Advised our project person and the promises started and never came true. We had been told the owner would reach out to us on his return from travel. Now six months later and nothing.

      Pool Town was great to work with. Our pool was scheduled to start in Spring ************************ Aug 2022 which was ahead of schedule. When they said they would arrive they always did and got everything done in that day. We never had any issues and the Pool Town staff always responded back to me right away if I had any questions and were wonderful. We could not be happier with our decision to have Pool Town do our pool and our pool came out beautiful!
