****** of this company! 1 star is very generous, zero or negative star is more apt. Technician who came out to service our washing machine was a flat out liar and very rude. Service he stated he performed did not happen and the washing machine died soon after and had to purchase a new one. We had no interest in calling again to have the unit re-checked so the money spent was a total waste.

We filed a claim with American Home Shield to have our refrigerator repaired. AHS contacted ****** LLC who said we had to replace the compressor which cost $ ****** . However, due that it was a commercial refrigerator AHS declined the claim and advised us to contact Mr. ********************** for repairs. After calling Mr. **********************, we paid the $841.63 for the part, using our AX card, on 3/19/2024. After a month waiting for the part, on 4/12/24, Mr. ********************** sent a technician to our home, who said it was not the compressor. He then repaired the control using the old one, and unclogged the condenser. We paid him $584.31 for the work, and we should wait for a credit for $247.37. He also advised us to wait 24 hrs for the temperature on the fridge to come down. We waited 3 days and the temp instead of going down, went all the way up to 49 degrees. We called Mr. ********************** and they sent the same tech who, after doing a complete check up, said that to repair the fridge will cost us $2,000. We then called a different contractor who said there was nothing wrong except that it was out of gas. He filled the gas tank and the fridge is now under 40 degrees. To this date we are still waiting for our refund.

Beware. Took 8 months through multiple repair attempts for them to try to fix our oven. They then claimed it was working but we still couldnt bake anything and it wouldnt reach temperature. We ended up having to buy a new oven and they refused to stand behind their warranty and refund the attempted repair costs.
