If a recruiter from US Tech Solutions contacts you, do not respond. I had a job where 4 recruiters messaged me for a role and after going with the US tech solution recruiter I didn't hear anything for a month. I thought that was very odd as usually if multiple recruiters message you, it means you are a great fit for the job. Finally, after contacting US Tech they struggled to give me a proper reason why I hadn't gotten an update on the job. A day later they told me the job position had closed. I find it very hard to believe the job listing was closed the whole time and I had to reach out to them personally to find out. What really happened was that after I gave them permission to represent me nobody did anything to actually connect me to the interview process. I chose them over 4 other recruiters and they didn't even have the basic decency to do their job. I was massively let down and if I had contacted any of the other recruiters I would have received regular updates about the process and an interview both of which I didn't receive from US Tech Solutions.

There's a clear reason why they have such a low customer service rating. This company will waste your time, forget to respond and are very difficult to be reached. Extremely unprofessional. Their HR coordinators are mostly from outside of the US and don't care about following up with you during the screening process.. once their job is done they wipe their hands of you and won't respond back to emails and phone calls. I can't understand why some large corporations continue to use their services... mind boggling.

To start US Tech Solutions did get me an interview with a reputable company within life sciences for a position I was a good fit for and I was told I was being extended a job offer. However, I rejected the informal job offer because I was required to send my personal information, including date of birth and full social security, over email to an individual in the company. I asked for a formal offer letter and was requested to fill out an "offer letter" through DocuSign. This document had another company's emblem; the document requested me to input my signature for blanks intended for the company name; and the content of the "acceptance letter" was that the contracting company's personal information would be protected, with no information about an offer. When I explained my dilemma with this, I was reassured that this was the company's policy to give personal information over email to an individual in the company and that the DocuSign document was an official offer letter.Since I had this experience my information was circulated within the company. I get between **** calls a day from a representatives even though I have repeatedly requested them to remove my information from their system by phone, and email.

The ustechsolutions recruiters are ***** scammers they will not remove my email from their email marketing list, I have called and left messages, one guy did pick up phone but it sure sounded like a boiler room filled with others asking for SSN AND BIRTHDAY date. I have clicked on their Unsubscribe button but I still receive emails telling me about jobs that are **** miles from my home town and they just will not stop.I wish I could shut down these scammers who say they are legit But I can't. These worst part of thier scam is Calling them and they say my email doesn't exist on thier database So if that is the truth why in heck am I still getting emails from USTECHSOLUTIONS? Because they are a scam of a ***** of ******** thieves Think about it... Why do they ask for your social security and birthday? Because they can sell your info to other scammers. I have reported some of these scammers to the *** and *** but no one does anything to stop these ******* from doing this. The World is full of identity theft and the main thing is they are everywhere not just *****. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR ACTUAL LAST FOUR OF YOUR SSN OR YOUR BIRTHDAY ITS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU ARE HIRED WHICH IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

If I could give zero I would. I was contacted today about a job role from this company of which I was also requested to send my birthday's *********** to them which is extremely ILLEGAL and AGAINST **** Law to ask for someone's DOB. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act of **** is a ** labor law that forbids employment discrimination against anyone at least 40 years of age in *****************. In ****, the **** was signed into law by President ******************************* Public law: Pub.L. *****. Then when I do not return the email requested information, I get numerous calls. Just because there is a business listed online and seems verifiable does not mean that they are Legitimate. Then when I call the main line phone number listed on the website it goes straight to a generic voicemail. Unbelievable how far one will go to get these peoples information. Simply with a persons *********** of birth, full name w/ or without the last 4 Social Security numbers, they can find tons of other information on that individual. Beware of this SCAM!

Dear *****,We apologize that you were offended by the requests from the recruiters. Most of the Fortune 500/large enterprise organizations require the month and day of birth and last 4 digits of SSN for establishing a unique identity for a candidate during the submission process. This information is of no value to us but it is required by the clients we support for their staffing needs. By providing the month and day of birth there is no way to establish anybody's age as our clients do not need your year of birth. So there is no question of any kind of discrimination including age discrimination. In case you are not comfortable providing this information you can mention the same to the recruiter and opt out of the role. Nobody can force you to apply for a job. Regarding you accusation of spam and other all other things it is unwarranted. You can simply check on LinkedIn if a company profile exists and who/how many employees are connected with the company. You don't have to follow 20th century way of calling a phone number to see if anybody picks up or no to establish if a company exists. Most of the companies' general phone lines tend to be busy as we are not a call center. Each recruiter has a direct line or an extension where they can reached at. I hope this addresses your concerns. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Best HR Manager US Tech Solutions
