    This company sells zappify 2.0 misquitoe eliminator. They do not work. They will not give me a refund. They will not answer e mails. They do not have a phone number. I think.this is a scam. Just a piece of junk

    If you ignore negative feedback until after 30 days, does that mean you can dodge your "30 day Money back guarantee". I purchased 3 Zappify z-20 units for a total of $89.99 which I thought was a good deal until I received the bill and saw I was charged an additional $26.85 for shipping. The package arrived ripped and all three boxes had significant damage. 2 of the 3 units would not charge and turn on. I have tried 3 attempts to email customer service with pictures of the packaging /boxes and request support on how to get a refund or replacement for the broken units. I received one response with a list of "essential usage instructions and troubleshooting tips" as if I didn't know how to charge and turn on 2 of the 3 units. They other two email attempts have been completely ignored. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the shadiness of this business. "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is a lie. I wish I would have read the similar 1 star BBB reviews on this company prior to my purchase.

    Had little faith on these mosquito killers, but these ones really worked! ***** with customer service was great help getting the package to my home address. It's a yes for me, you should try them too.

    I ordered a bug zapper from the Sapience Group. They charged me $26.85 for shipping and a $4.99 handling fee. If I would have seen either of these charges I would never have ordered. As soon as I saw the charges, I emailed them to stop the order. They did get back to me in an hour and 20 minutes with an email back saying they would give me half off both the shipping and handling fee. I declined and asked again to cancel the order. 3 days latter they said they are refusing to stop shipment. I will contact my credit card to stop payment and deal with them that way. I would never order anything again from the Sapience Group. If you do, be aware of the high shipping and fees they charge.

    Called one day no answer ,called second day number was disconnected .I bought 2 of there bug zappers and both of them don't work .DO NOT DO BISINESS WITH THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I'm out of pocket for $ ***** .They need to be taken off the web for false advertisement

    They are not responding to my email to return their product; even though they say they have superior **************** and have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee and a 30-day 100% money back guarantee. I have sent them 3 emails to return the item and get my money back, but they are not responding.
