      I ordered this dress back in November in a Size Med and when it arrived it was clearly made for someone who was 2 sizes smaller. I returned the item with no problem and my money was refunded. However, when I placed a NEW order for the same dress just in a size larger.....they charged me a higher price and once the order arrived I realized that the dress was again TOO SMALL. I've been reaching out to them for months now and they will not respond to my e-mails. All I want to do is return the dress so I can get my money back. I cannot afford to be out this kind of money. They also do not have any phone number that you can call or Customer Service agents. Everything is done via e-mail and I've now given up. I didn't realize that they charged me a higher price for the new size either until after the fact.

      I placed order on 11/2/2024 it was a pre order with the item to be received by 12/16/2024 I received email from company 12/28/2024 stating would receive a refund, emailed the company on 1/14/2025 that refund was never received as of today my refund has not been received.

      I placed 7 orders with Kelly Obi NY between Nov and Dec 2024. The orders were for 24 items. I received three items that were good with no issues. I received two additional items that were irregulars. Customer service approved my return request for the 2 irregular items but failed to provide the shipping instructions, label and address. I later received an email from the owner stating that all orders placed Nov - Dec would be canceled and money refunded due to a warehouse fire, shipping delays and other issues. I emailed Kelly Obi NY many times requesting my funds be returned to my credit card but they have not responded. Kelly Obi NY does not have a telephone number on their website or online. My bank account (credit card statement) shows that only two refunds ($32.90 and $63.00) were received from Kelly Obi NY.

      I placed two orders with this company order #***** placed 11/21/24 and order #***** placed 11/19/24. Both were canceled by the company and confirmed via email sent by the company to me on Saturday, December 28, 2024 but no refund has been received. It's been nearly two months since I've ordered my items from this vendor and three weeks since the vendor informed me that they had to cancel my orders and were going to be refunding them. I still have not received my refund.

      I placed an order on with Kelly Obi NY on Oct 25, 2024. After receiving no updates, on Dec 6, ************************************************************* the next 5-10 days. It never shipped and on Dec 28, 2024 I received an email that the order was canceled and a refund was issued. I have yet to receive a refund or any additional correspondence.

      On Dec 21 ordered 5 pairs of sunglasses -$19.99 each. Payment was deducted from my account. On Dec 27 got email stating per my request order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. I did not cancel and I have not been refunded. Website is still up.

      I made an online purchase back in October for 3 items. Recieved confirmation and a date of when the products would be recieved. It has been 2 months and nothing. I have sent emails to the business regarding my missing merchandise and while taking many days to respond, they keep staying it's on the way. They also sent an email regarding refunds. But nothing. I filed a claim with my bank and want to report this fraudulent website.

      I placed an order on 11/23/2024 and due to the item being a "pre-order", the email stated the order would be processed in 15 days. The tracking link in the email would return me to the website and showed the order not processed yet. My credit card was charged for $77.00 on 11/24/2024 which is the correct price of the item. However, on 12/19/2024 when attempting to gather contact information from the website, it displays a message they are on break and suggests a "sister" website to visit. I have requested via email that my order be canceled and funds be refunded. I haven't received a response from the business.
