      Order not shipped after two months. Attempts to contact business are fruitless as customer service email address is fake and does not exist as a real email address. DO not be scammed by this company

      -STAR.This company is a rip off! I ordered one item at the of March, sent an inquiry email mid April about my order not being received. I received an automated email back. I emailed them in the beginning of May and received another automated email. The email beginning in help is a not good email all of sudden.

      Ordered two items between November and December and never received products and never received a refund on either. Find it daunting that on Saturday, December 28, Ms. *** personally (assuming it was her) sent an email out informing that "all orders placed between October 24 and December 17 have been canceled and refunded". There was some 'blah blah' story regarding a factory fire. I do have record (email thread) from one of her customer service peeps that on December 17, my earlier order was canceled for some "quality control issue". I have yet to receive that refund and it's been over two weeks. Not good, Ms. ********** go unanswered. Since Ms. *** stated in her recent email that she fired her customer service team, she must be pretty busy reading angry emails. Ms. **** please focus on your consumers that are awaiting their refunds. Do you really want to alienate your consumer base?

      Would give 0 stars.... Ordered two necklaces November 30th 2024 and this morning I received this email:Your order has been canceled Order #***** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded.I didn't cancel my order, I haven't received money back nor the necklaces. I EMAILED THEM AND STILL NO REPLY. THE NECKLACES I ORDERED ARE STILL FOR SALE SO THE LEAST OWNERS CAN DO IS REPLY OR REFUND ME.DON'T SHOP HERE THEY'RE SCAMMERS

      Vendor responds to email requests with same formated email message saying they're backed up with e-mails and will take 2 - 3 days to respond, with same formated email message. I tried calling business at **************, but the line rings busy every time. They seem legit, but it's truly a scam. I will report to ****** as well. I would not give any stars, but I had to leave one to post this review.

      Pre-order Scammers. Please be aware. This merchant engages in false business practice by making you believe your pre-ordered item is being processed. Once you contact them after the expected wait time has passed, they respond with excuses of being busy processing. I have requested a refund and was told that the order is still being processed and in pre-order phase, over 30 days later. Ive received quicker response and product delivery from merchants out of the **** Theres no excuse for Kelly Obi. RUN FAST!!
