If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Any positive review on ****** has to be fake or fabricated. First of all, I do not believe a single living and breathing human being works here. They are impossible to get a hold of and nickel and dime you for everything. They never answer the phone and take weeks to respond to emails. My dryer was broken for over 6 months. They have no respect for long-term tenants, and do not take requests seriously. The manager **** even accused me of false police reporting when my ex-boyfriend broke into my apartment. They claim to have security cameras on their buildings, but they do not work and can never seem to "access" the footage. They have not changed the building code to my front door in almost 3 years. Anyone and everyone could break in if they wanted to. Whenever maintenance guys actually come, they are respectful and do a good job. However, management could not be worse and whoever owns this company should be fined. I could go on because I've lived in one of their buildings for 4+ years... Absolute trash company.

I have rented many apartments in my lifetime and never had such a bad experience dealing with property management as with PIP! I started renting an apartment at *************, 6 months ago, and it's been horrible! The building is managed by PIP Property Management, and they are useless. The first issue is with mail delivery. When we started renting, we were not told that there was no mail room set up and that no one has been receiving mail since September 2023. It's now August 2024. When we found out why our mail was not coming a few weeks after we moved in, we asked when it would be resolved. They blamed **** and said they were waiting on them to set it up, and it's been like this ever since. *** advised us to set up a PO Box for receiving mail, but when I asked if they would cover the cost, they bluntly said no! Additionally, the company sourcing new tenants, JBMP Group, knows about the issue but doesnt tell new tenants. When confronted, they say they are just doing what they are told and apologize.Issue number 2: no security! We had four packages stolen from outside the building and from within the mail room. When we requested security footage for one package that was not from Amazon (they refused a refund without proof), *** said they didn't have access to footage and would get it soon. It's been five months! I ask at least once a month for it. The package, worth $400, contained my new headphones, which I could not get back without proof of theft. I reported to the police three times, but *** refused to provide their phone number, saying the police could email them.Issue number 3: There have been early morning fire alarms without prior notice, and same-day visit notices. It's such a pity as we love our apartment, but our stay been made less than pleasant because of people at ***.
