    It stopped working after two years and they would not replace it or help fix it. They actually told me to call Amazon, and Amazon was well past the return date. So Im stuck paying $300 for a piece of c*** that doesnt even work after two years.

    Within the year and a half of usage, this bottleless filtered water cooler did not operate anymore. The problem appeared to be in the electronics. In calling the company they would never get back to me. This product is cheaply made. Would never buy another one again.

    Bought a bottom load water cooler and after two years the water starts to freeze and not dispensing. Avalon said that they can't help because it is out of warranty and I did not purchase extended warranty to cover my purchase. Spending a lot of money for a reputable, I thought, Avalon water cooler was a bad idea. Never again. My first cost $100 and lasted for 10 years, I think I will go back to cheap.
