This place is a SCAM! Ordered over a month ago and havent received anything and cannot seem to get any answers. The BBB A+Rating is only because they paid a small fee to get that rating with BBB NOT because of good business practices or good Merit, simply cause they paid BBB's small fee to get that rating. Any business can do this with the BBB. The BBB is a SCAM right along with this so called companyBusiness Response

I searched every area of our business and there is no customer in our data base with the name of ***** Beach. Please have the person who filed this complaint provide an order number and location of where the order was placed. Since I cannot locate the customer I have no information to resond to. I put in an order with this business over 3 weeks ago. The order has not even been shipped when I called them they said they didn't ship it because they did not have one of the items and they would refund it and ship the other items.. they still have not done that I don't know how this business has such a good rating when they practice business in such a horrible manner. It makes me question the BBB and how accredited they are.Business Response

That is correct the order was placed on 12/14 which is a Saturday. Our work week is Monday thru Friday. His order was downloaded into our system on 12/16. It did not ship right away due to an item (Eagle Reverse 90% Silver ************** 1st - Defender) was not yet in stock. On 12/26 he called into the office after hours regarding his order and asked to have that item removed so the rest of the order can ship. On 12/27 the item was removed and the order is now in printed status and will ship out today.Initial Complaint

Ordered from them before. The wait on shipping is unfathomable. I now now know the reason is because they are not a retail joint. They only try to fill your order from somewhere else after you order. Ive waited 2 and a half weeks for an order to be shipped, and its still not shipped.Business Response

This order was placed on our website on 1/03/2024, the order is currently in printed status which means it will go out on Monday. There is no excuse as to why it has taken this long to ship. However what ***************** does not know we had several warehouse employees experience serious illnesses at the start of the new year. Like I said that is not an excuse its just the reason why. ******* says it has an item on June29 + confirms a sale after payment is received ... then NO communications for 50+ days ... on August22 they say the "item not available' ... even though the item still shows on their website as available = UNRELIABLE+UNETHICAL company who does NO COMMUNICATION with their paying customersBusiness Response

Yes in fact fulfilling ***** placed an order with us on 6/29/2023 for the 2020 **************************************************** Proof - NGC 70. This item is no longer listed on our website and is not available for sale. At the time when the order was placed we had a source for that coin. Unfortunately, the item was sold out from that source. We attempted to find the coin through other avenues and even coin shows. However we were not able to obtain the coin. We did refund the customer in full and at this time do not owe the customer any funds. This customer has ordered from us on six other occasions, and we have never had a problem fulfilling his orders. This email is in regards to a complaint filed against Collectors Allaince RE:ID #********. I filed this complaint a few weeks back with The BBB. I recieved an email from the BBB last Friday stating that that my case had been closed due to the fact that i hadn't responded to an Email sent by the BBB in regards to my complaint. It was Veterans Day and I figured your office was closed due to the holiday so i would contact you Monday morning, i called in and spoke with a Rep. named Rain. I asked her why my case was closed and she told me it was closed due to the fact that i hadn't responded to an email sent on 11/1/22. I told her that i hadn't received any correspondence from the BBB except the one I had just received on 11/12/22. this was met with her yelling at me and basically calling me a liar. I tried to talk with her and she got madder. I began yelling at her, my wife was in the room and told me to calm down. I couldn't get a word in to discuss my concerns so I hung up!! I want my case reopened. Collectors Alliance sold me coins that they didn't have in inventory. If you check my initial complaint , it has all the details. Someone from Collectors Alliance name ***** responded to the complaint and stated that I claimed to speak with a sales rep named *******, but they coudn't find anything in her notes to verify the 2 conversations I had with her. If they can't verify the conversations with *******, how did I come up with her name? I have a justified complaint against them as outlined in my original complaint. I am annoyed with the way I was treated with your employee Rain and hope the conversation was recorded to see how I was talked to. Please continue with my complaint. It appears that this customer has more of a complaint about how he was treated when he called the BBB then with me. With that being stated there is nothing more that I can say the customer placed an order on our website for an item that was oversold. The newest orders are cancelled since other customers also ordered this coin prior to his order. He was refunded in full and thats the end of the story. We are just like all shopping venues - Targe; Lowes; Macys; even Amazon. All of these shopping venues have experience supply shortages. We sell on many different areas TV, B to B, website and to long time customers that we have had for years. Items like this one is very popular. I am sorry that we were out of stock when he placed his order, but he was fully credited for the item he purchased.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: *********** isn't accepting the I was treated by their ***************** They sold me the coins that they didn't have in stock. I was misled by their salesperson ******* who told me that the coins i purchased were on the way to me. The next time I contacted *******, she informed me that she had orderded the coins. that was untrue. They stated I didn't speak with ******* as nothing was in her notes about our conversations regarding the order. I was treated unfairly by ******* as she didn't try to resolve the situation , instead she hung up on me. I was contacted by *********************. He tried to rectify the situation. I gave him the time he requested to resolve the problem and unfortunatley he came up short. My main issue with Collectors Alliance is, They contacted me via Email advertising coins that the didn't have in stock. I wasn't trated professionally by *******. Yes , I did recieive my money back , as they reported. I know nothing will be done by the Company as they refunded my money, but nothing can fix what I had to go through with Collectors Alliance. I will never do business with this Company again, and only wished to complain about the way they conducted business.
