      I ordered an item in April. My account for charged April 6, 2023. Item was for a Mothers Day gift. Ive never received the item nor any correspondence from Jungle Outlet. Theres no customer service number to call. Ive written on Trustpilot about not receiving the item but still nothing.Id advise anyone not to shop with this business.

      I think I've waited long enough for my purchase to be delivered. Only 90 minutes away and yet, after 96 hours of waiting I have concluded that you are irresponsible in trying to satisfy a customer. SOLUTION; Immediately refund my purchase and I will not file a complaint.

      Try unsubscribing once, they charge you a dollar which is ridiculous! Then they tell you it's fully refundable, why should I have to pay anything to unsubscribe?
