The initial purchase process was plagued by misleading information and hidden fees. I’ve experienced issues with receiving my registration with errors, wrong plates issued on the registration and despite numerous attempts to address these issues, I have been met with indifference and a lack of empathy from all levels of your staff, from management to front desk personnel.

My concerns have been consistently dismissed, and I have felt unheard and unsupported throughout this entire ordeal.

After going back and forth there has been weeks with no updates or communication.

Mariah has not returned any of my emails or calls, she’s avoided any communication with myself or husband.

The manager there as well has promised to return my call after he looks into the situation, to never hearing from him again.

Days down the line after getting through to the front desk. I was told my registration was ready for pick up.

Why wasn’t I called? Why hasn’t anyone emailed or called me to inform me of this as they did with the initial registration?

I was advised they close at 6pm. I assured the receptionist I would be there to collect my registration. My husband arrives at 5pm only to be told it’s not there and the department that had my registration had in fact “closed early” after we initially spoke on the phone and I was told it was okay to come for pick up.

I have spent too much time on the phone and in person attempting to resolve these issues, only to be met with excuses and a lack of accountability. I have been made to feel like my concerns are insignificant. This level of customer service is unacceptable, it has severely impacted my trust in Volvo of Princeton.

I have yet to receive my registration, I was told last night to expect a call today for my registration. What is the big deal! Give me my belongings and let’s part ways. I will never do business again at Volvo of Princeton!

Leased a new Volvo (less than 100 miles on the car) from this dealership in late September 2023. Within a week we noticed numerous issues with the car, which we emailed and informed Volvo about. Over the following weeks additional issues kept accruing and we continued to inform the sales rep, but she offered no substantial help for resolution. Within a few weeks our "Check Tire" light came on, and we brought it to a more local Volvo ******* in Summit, NJ) dealership to look into the various issues, including the Tire light. ******** service department was able to remedy all issues we had, and noticed there was a nail in our tire, which was causing a slow leak. The cost to replace the tire was $467.24.

It appears abundantly clear to us the car provided was never inspected prior to turning over to us, which required us to take the car in for service and tire replacement, within 2 months of our new car. We are aggrevated by the unwillingness by Princeton Volvo to acknowledge or do anything to help, and are looking for a refund in the amount of $467.24
