    Can I give a less starr? I took a test drive with my daughter (16) for her first car. We were not able to take a loan on the car she wanted as it is used and an older model. Fine. We messaged them that if the car went down in price we would buy it. I was told the car was scheduled for Auction soon be one of the salesmen. Less than a week later, they reached out to ME and offered a lower price. Again, they called me! We booked an appintment for pickup the next day and to sign the paperwork, got insurance added onto to my policy, sent in my license. And then no more than 3 hours before my appointment they sold the car. Calls me and leaves a voicemail that they sold it to someone else! Are you serious? You called me to buy it. You offered me the car. You took my personal info, my new insurance, my data, and then sell to someone else just a few hours before me picking up the car, saying I didnt make a deposit... Umm...I would have if you told me to. Never again will I speak well of them. My grandmother lives in ******** down the street on *************. Don't think the whole country club will not be talking about this soon enough.
