    Terrible service. I have chronic headaches for weeks now bc all the excessive dental x rays they did without even looking in my mouth. I'm on govt insurance, which they accept, and they told me I need to come back again instead and pay $350 for a basic cleaning. I was in the office over 1.5 hours and all I got was a ton of X rays, literally twice as much as ever in my life. An MRI scan was quicker. The tech kept messing up and redoing the same spots. Finally I said that's enough no more. After like 20 minutes of getting Xrays. They told me I need Invisalign and kept trying to convince me even though I said no repeatedly, like 4 different people just assumed I wanted to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for something I don't need. I needed a cleaning which I am covered for, made the appt for, but they needed to upcharge to meet their corporate quotes.If car salesmen were dentists, this would be the place. I've never left a BBB review for anywhere this is the first. Thanks to my now chronic headaches thanks to them, I'm reminded throughout every day while America is a failing country and being poor gets you screwed here. They take the **************************** which dominates NJ but don't give me a basic cleaning without upcharge.I'm still waiting for the Xray email which was never sent even though I requested in person and on the phone a few times. I wish I could *** for incompetence, there's no dental association which says to do so much excessive Xrays. Just a terrible company and I'm sure they're hurting a robbing a lot of people. They charged a 92 year old lady ****** in the next room while I was there for cosmetic teeth surgery she didn't need or seem to want. 3 different went in and pressured her like she needed it. They're literally robbing old ladies.
