    This business claims to offer a "risk-free" 30-day trial period on their Bed Scrunchie product, which is misleading. They DO NOT offer pre-paid return shipping, which means it is NOT "risk-free."This product not only did not work as advertised, it also scratched up my brand new wood bed.On the rare occasion that they even bothered to reply to a customer service email, they did not apologize for and completely ignored the fact that their product damaged my bed. It's completely ridiculous that I should have to pay for return shipping after the damage that was done.Customer service is abysmal. They didn't send me my order for two months, and then when I emailed to return the item, they didn't reply to my initial query for a week or two, finally replied after a THIRD request, and now have ignored my follow-up question for 3 weeks.
