  **** (the owner) is transphobic as evidenced by the following advertising email and it's subsequent responses to me after telling him to keep his politics to himself:You know you're doing the right thing when the transgenders start attacking.. and they definitely have been ramping up their efforts to bring me down as of late.When I was in school there were no transgenders. It's as if they started appearing magically.. like gnomes who happened to collect mushrooms in your garden but only if you consumed some of the mushrooms they were collecting. I like the gnomes way better.- **** (No / Pronouns)I told him he can shove his ideas parroted from ******** where the sun doesn't shine. Here's his response:That's nice. There is no such thing as a transgender person. However, there is such a thing as mentally unwell people. I do not care if you don't purchase my products or support me. What I do care about is the erosion of our culture and society due to the "transgender movement" which is a narrative like so many others. Here are some truths: Men and women should not be sharing bathrooms.Men and women should not be competing against each other in sports.Young boys and girls should not be cutting off their body parts. If you disagree with the above points then it says a lot more about your state of mind than mine. You're very sick and need to get some help.It is not political. It's common sense which you sorely lack. And you're a business owner? I know we're in bad shape, but man.. To be honest, the American people and the world over are sick and tired of the global elite narratives.I know you love Kinekt Design so I guess you're just going to have to change your perspective or feel the fury of many straight men who would like nothing more than to the beat the h*** of some sissies who pose as females to get into bathrooms and other perverted acts. - **** Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend working with **** or his company.

  No stars, but thats not an option! I ordered my husband a gear ring in 2021 a s**** came out in 2024 so the whole ring came apart, I emailed about the warranty in which the response was they dont cover everyday wear to me not everyday wear when it falls apart, but nevertheless I agreed to purchase a new one at a discounted price. I asked him what size I had ordered vs which size I had returned he answered with what I ordered a 9 and returned an 8 so he invoiced me for a new 9. Well I get the ring and clearly its too big I emailed same day saying I must have returned the 9, can I please send this back and get the 8. He very childishly said no refunds or exchanges due to short staffed. I said I had previously got a refund, but this time I speficially asked him for the size I had ordered in which he told me the size to order. So not my mistake, I took him at having good customer service by providing me with the correct size. Well now hes refusing to exchange it for the correct size unless I pay him additionally money. For his mistake! He was very rude childish an his email responses back. Will not ever purchase from Him again!

  Kinekt design failed to send me an expensive item that I purchased late 2023. I have been asking when my item would be sent and he simply said you have to wait in spite of the fact that it had been 3 months. He became belligerent when I pressed for a clear idea on when Id receive the item and refused a refund saying no refunds past a certain time even though I NEVER received the item in the first place. He then offered a replacement item (a tiny silver cube) saying i should be making smart decisions because the world was falling part. Its been over 6 months now and I still am out of over 3 hundred dollars and no jewelry has arrived.

  I ordered a ring. Color was not as I expected, so I paid to return it and swap for plain stainless steel, no big.The second delivery was to an entirely different (non-existent) address, not even remotely close to mine although the street number and city were the same (???). I VERY politely tried to resolve this, but he said it was impossible for him to have made a mistake, and I'd have to pay for another round of shipping. I provided *photographs* of receipts showing I had entered my correct address, and he just said "nope" and forced me to either pay for additional shipping, or go through the hassle of suing someone across state lines.Don't do business with this guy. He's an aggressive, petulant, ***** person who will punish you for his own mistakes.

  I ordered a ring in gold but got it in rose gold. After asking for a resolution, I got the response, ************ of exchange is $25. You can purchase another one here for the same price". Pay for their mistake, buy another ring for their mistake!? I sent another email stating that they must have misunderstood me. And got an unkind response back, "I didn't misunderstand. You probably did order incorrectly. Your order was delivered as you requested. How about a thank you for the $25 price? We'll fight the chargeback. WOW. I've never received customer service like this in my entire life. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! "How about a thank you for the $25 price?"....yeah, thank you for the $25 wrong-colored ring you sent! Unbelievable.

  Seller sold me a Kinektor necklace and after payment then stated he is struggling with the spring in the design. He apparently has to make the necklace and does not have any inventory, even though he is selling these. And he is unable to successfully make me one. He also states there are no refunds, even though he has no product.He refuses to answer emails, does not respond to online chats, and his phone has been temporarily made non available.SCAM?

  I wish I could give this a$$hole -5 stars. This jerk LITERALLY stole my money. I ordered a gear ring because he was having a "sale". A week went by with no ring being delivered so I cancelled the order. He sent me back an e-mail saying the order has been cancelled. I then asked him when my refund would be issued and he simply said "No". I responded with "I will be contacting **** for a chargeback" and his response was...wait for it..."Go crying to mommy". DO NOT GIVE THIS PIECE OF $HIT ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! The system he uses for his online store, Shopify, does not guarantee orders placed through them so they will do NOTHING to help you. You'll have to go through your credit card company. I have never in my life encountered such an immature thief during an online transaction before. This guy is a garbage human being so PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

  I have purchased rings from Kinekt Design in the past but I no longer will support this company, due to the owner **** and how he was communicates with customers. After receiving an ad via email that I considered in poor taste I simply replied asking to be removed from the email list. After I sent my request I received four emails from **** insulting me from politics to what email service I use. I've never seen an owner of a company be so insulting to their repeat customers.

  **** is a scam artist. It took over 7 months to get a Clickclack neckless. After receiving it, the product was cheep. It had seems on the side which the image on the site does not. The click mechanism is horrible. And the finish is very poor. This was not worth $250. Far from it.I asked for a refund, after sending the package back. Today, he claims he never received the package. NO REFUNDS, he keeps repeating. And refuses to work with me. He's RUDE, talks nonsense, like a disturbed angry entitled person. After reading so many bad experiences from other post, I wish I had done my homework. Stay away from this persons work. I truly ************* get's some mental counseling after reading some of his rants. As for narcissist, he's the real deal.

  Bought 2 size 9 rings on sale for 50 bucks x 2 so 100 buck awesome price. Got them in don't fit ok let's see what they can do for me . All sales final no return ok. Can we exchange for a different . Not in the size you want sorry and good luck . After much emailing back they agreed to exchange but after I paid an additional 50 buck to exchange both ring they would do it anymore took my 50 bucks and won't even email me back told me good luck you off the email list and blocked me . So I am out an additional 50 bucks for an exchange I never got. So 150 for rings that don't even fit me wow. Also had my ring for 5 years size 10 as my wedding band lost weight and wanted to wear it again but it slides off hence the purchase. But all other size nine rings fit. But to be blatantly told your screwed when all I wanted was an exchange and paid for it wow. Never will be dealing with this company and I loved that ring man. But wow the customer service *****.
