    Very poor customer service. Ordered one of their items, item was shipped, and it's not here yet. I contacted them through their "chat" window only to be given the cold shoulder and saying it's not their fault and I chose the wrong shipping option. First off, I KNOW you don't control the shipping company. I was informing you of problem with the shipping company YOU are contracted with and how in today's day and age, shipping of items in a timely fashion DOES fall back on you and who you choose to do business with. Giving me excuses of "the economy", and then turn it around on that the problem is on me is NOT how you do business with customers. And handing out gift cards to spend MORE money with you is never acceptable after an exchange like that. I was expecting options for both of us during our conversation. Never expected an "oh well" & "not my fault".
