No returns accepted for E-liquids or Salt Nicotines, even if the bottles are sealed. Once the E-liquid/Salt Nicotine leaves the premises we can NOT accept the return.
Only Manufacturer defected devices with receipt will be accepted for a return but must be returned within 30 days of purchase, after 30 days you must contact Manufacturer for an exchange.
Defective pods/coils you must contact the manufacturers for exchanges, we can not accept returns for defective pods/coils.
