- M&E Firearms wants you to be happy with your purchase and comfortable with your firearm. Due to New Jersey Law they are unable to accept direct returns on your purchase. If you are unhappy with your firearm purchase, they will gladly buy it back from you within 30 days of your purchase, for a reduced rate depending on condition and use. If you chose to purchase another firearm from them at the time of buyback, they will give you an extra 10 percent back towards your next purchase. Ammo is non-refundable for any reason.
