      I received a call from ******* on 10/25/23 and after listening to her sales pitch I decided that I would sign up for the plan and paid the $195 and she said that I will receive a receipt once the transaction was approved and completed. I never received a receipt and after several attempts to speak to someone they hang up on me. I received an email yesterday 10/30/23 with what was supposed to be a welcome letter and it was what looked like a receipt. Now if was supposed to be a letter, where is the letter. I looked at my credit card statement and saw a charge from Nationwide Auto Protection and I emailed them about the receipt and was told that they are a bogus company because the description of the charge was Nationwide ***********. So please do not sign up for this SCAM company because they are a ripoff

      Calling customer service spoke with ****** regarding what I had perceived as mistakes to a policy I just paid for; my lack of knowledge regarding what in was laying for was quickly explained in terms and understandings that were within my knowledge base ( I *** not speak car and driver so have a low knowledge base). He was very I formative and brought back some assurance wed be taken care of for the vehicle we purchased policy for
