      We had paid reservation for Santa pictures at 11:30am on December 10th at the ****************** mall. We drove an hour there. We got there at 11am when they were supposed to open. No employees were there. We waited with a large crowd with no knowledge of what was going on until 12pm when an employee showed up finally. They said they had no idea when pictures would be taken due to a technical reason. We asked for a refund. The employee said to contact corporate. We emailed corporate and they admitted they were aware of the issue and then said sorry. No refunds. This is ridiculous. This is a breech of contract in their end. Not ours. We were there and they werent. We are not interested in driving a two hour round trip again and hours waiting again. We want a refund of $27.56

      I am requesting a refund of $47 for this awful experience. On 12/4/22 we arrived at the mall location 10 minutes before our reservation time. 20 minutes into our wait both printers went out. The "photographer" was visibly and audibly irritated, rubbing her face, sighing heavily, red in the face and speaking very rudely to her coworker the entire time. It was very uncomfortable to witness. We waited for over an hour in line before the printers were fixed. Once the printers were working, the "photographer" rushed everyone that had been waiting in line to see Santa with their kids. The "photographer" interrupted my son when he was telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas by snapping her fingers at him to look at the camera. My son didn't get to finish telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas or have any other conversation with *****. My children only spent 45 seconds in total with Santa with the "photographer" ******* them both. Waiting in line for over an hour only to be rushed in 45 seconds with ***** is completely and utterly unacceptable for the children especially at this price. None of the photos taken were acceptable. My son has glare on his glasses, others with the kids not looking at the camera, and one picture none of them are looking at the camera not even Santa. I did not get to review the pictures before we left. When I got to the counter, they handed me my photos without even letting me choose which ones to print and moved to the next person. The "photographer" was extremely rude and unwilling to talk to me regarding the experience. She offered a $5 refund to the entire line and when asked about it while printing the pictures, she continued to rub her face visibly annoyed, sighing heavily, and utterly rude. Contacting this company is impossible and they have been unwilling to do anything apart from a re-shoot. I was refunded $4.95 for the online processing fee however I and I'm requesting a full refund as we did not get the experience we paid for.
