      They claimed they changed my ticket with ********** after first claiming when I called them that they were Alaska Air. When I cancelled within 24 hours they sent me a bill to AMEX for almost 400 dollars. No ticket number. How do I get **** to refund my money.

      As of yesterday 12/2/2024 morning, I have booked flight SNA. As the day goes by I want to change the time of the flight and cheaper price. So I call Wizfair and asked them to either to change the time and refund the difference or cancel the booking and create a new booking. You would think the agent will make it easy for you, the agent transfer me to another department and explain myself again, then agent asked me to changes fee of $35 first time, and I said why do you want to charge me $35, my booking is within the 24 hours cancellation period, then the agent said you need to call the *** which the agent did not explain what that is. Then I said I will call back. Later that evening, keep in mind I am still within the 24 hours cancellation policy. The agent come on the call and I said I want to cancel my booking , the agent said let me check, after the agent checked, we can cancel your booking but there is a charge of $25, I where in policy says that I have to pay $25 per traveler, and I asked can you send me a copy of the policy. The agent refused to send me a copy, Then the agent I will cancel the booking and refund the full amount. If this issue was resolve from the first call I would of saved at least $130. So I do not believe that WizFair is legit and not following the cancellation policy. This company tries its best to scam/defraud consumers with whatever they can to make more money. I hope the BBB would do whatever it takes to make sure this does not happen ever again.

      I booked a flight using Wizair and they misspelled my name by transposing two letters. No problem right, everybody makes mistakes. However, I booked the flight in May for a Sept departure and as of today the name change has still not been corrected. The manager ****************************** is trying to tell me it's ok because he sent the airlines an email. This is unacceptable for an international flight! If the name on the ticket does not match the name on the passport, I'm pretty sure there's going to be a problem. They charged me $250 to make the correction and still have not done what they said they would do, especially being it's their fault that my name was misspelled in the first place. I called ****** Airlines, since they are the first leg of the trip and they want to charge me $750 to correct my name!!! It's outrageous that the passenger has to pay for the incompetence of travel personnel. What else am I to do....obviously I do not recommend this agency, so use them at your own peril.

      Unscrupulous business practice.Please note that I thought I was booking with American Airlines.I specifically asked for resort in *********** but was booked for a location in ***** which was almost an hour from ***********.My initial reservation stated a Suite, but on day of travel was sent an email and voucher for Junior Suite. Emailed agent on day of travel and did not receive a response.

      I wanted to extend my vacation in ****** by 1 week. I called wizfair who took my flight information. They sent me an email that they have made the changes and to review the information. I approved the information and was told that the changes will take a few hours to appear on my airline's itinerary. I took them at their word and made changes to extend my stay as hotel availability at a premium. The next day I called wizfair as the airline changes did not appear. Their cold reply was they could not make the changes even though they sent me a confirmation earlier. There was nothing they could do and that I will have to make new flight reservations. They took no responsibility and left me with additional flight charges for a new itinerary plus a hotel stay which I would noy have done knowing the flights could not have been changed. They operate with little integrity, and I do not recommend anyone using this business.Date of experience: March 03, 2023
