    I ordered 4 fat bear scooters and before the shipmen arrived I learned that my city has an ordinance against scooters. I contacted the representative and explained my situation. I was authorized to return for a full refund 3 of the four which were in the original package and never opened.     Hello ****, Thank you for reaching back out. We have sent you proof of refund a few times now. It went back to the same credit card you used for purchase. There is not much more we can do. Please work with your bank if you are not seeing the funds. Thank you.

    Bought new fatcub electric moped in july. I believe motor has burnt out. Contacted company. No response to emails or voice mails. Has a 1 year warranty.paid ******* for this *********** ****** for spare battery. Please help. I should have read your bbb site before I bought it

    I am rejecting this response because:
    They offered no help to resolve the issue. I paid an electrician forty dollars to diagnose the problem.but could not remedy the problem. The business reimbursed me for that. The problem still exists and the bike is not running. What they did is just send me videos that have nothing to do with the problem.they want me to do all the work myself. What good is the warranty if they cannot help me. They should just reimburse my money and take it back or send me another bike. I like the bike.but not when they can't help me to get it running

    After waiting 3 months for our 2 trikes, we got them with no manual or instructions. One had the wrong color fenders and both needed painting due to shipping damage. It is now 6 months later and no manual and no parts. Now one has an issue with the the light. At this point I am not going to try to work with the company about the light because there hasn't been any help with the former issues. We have been patiently waiting for a resolution. As others have said, no verbal response. How can a company be allowed to do business like this?
