      Purchased glasses july 26th 2024, received August 8th 2024. Sent a concern to the company 10 mins after receiving package from postman. Told company glasses were too thick with the highest selection for the thinnest lenses. They eneded up being thicker than my personal glasses which are not as high quality but same prescription and are thinner. I also voiced that frames were too small but main concern was the lens as they were so thick that the nose pads were pushed before the lenses so lenses were resting against the nose digging in the the flesh and making them unusable for a work inviroment. ************* reached out and said that I could return the glasses and they could redo the frame and lenses but for a 50% off the new lens. I said I will keep the frames I just wanted the lens to be thinned out. They still said it would cost me around 180 more (cost if the lens after the 50%). At this point would prefer a refund and never to use this company ever again. They are a scam in all sense. As long as they spit out a product they can get more money to "redo" bad quality from their end.

      I ordered safety glasses from this company at the end of January of last year, when they arrived one of the lenses was blurry. They remade the glasses and sent them back but they had the same issue again, I went through the procedure to get them to recheck the glasses but got busy with some things happening in my life and forgot to mail them for a few months. I sent them out again in October where the company told me that it had been too long and they couldn't help me anymore, when I asked them to show me where on the website it said there is a time limit on these things they changed their story to the frames don't fit me. I had my optician and optometrist check the frame sizes and they said it should fit fine, the company is has offered a discount on remaking the glasses again or refunding just the frames. I never received the product I paid for from them, apparently they have a 30 day return policy but by the time I'd received my glasses it was already past. I really just want glasses I can use or my money back so I can get glasses I can use I have massive amounts of emails back and forth that I can provide if necessary
