  Sent my glasses back to be fixed, the inside lens were missing a coating. They were so rough I could not wipe over them with a lens cloth. I got them back, after paying for the return shipping myself, only to find out that they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I will try to get the problem fixed a third time. Don't use this business folks.

  I had my glasses for a couple months and the foam started cracking and broke away... I ordered more inserts online at 15 bucks each x2, plus 32 dollars shipping...they came wrong size and company said they would send a replacement as soon as I sent the ones I received back...at my expense... **********************.. no value for their customers

  I've ordered a few different welding lenses from them. The alloweld gold coated is definitely the best lense I've used in the last 10 years. Hands down worth the money. Compared to a optrel ******* 2.0 and there's no match, philips saftey and the gold alloweld lense is far superior. No flare. Everything is black except your Puddle is silver. So clear I can see my tig torch reflection behind the puddle. Makes it a perfect choice if you want to see exactly what your puddle is doing. I've ordered from philips saftey three times and never had a problem, even got a few welder ******* using there welding lenses. Definitely a great company and product in my opinion.

  This place is a total scam. I had the same thing happen as other reviews, incorrect lenses. They are saying that they offer NO refunds for their mistakes. I have to pay to send them back so they can dispute the refund. They are scamming everyone. They have no business doing prescriptions. I order glasses from others with no problems. Someone needs to investigate this front company. Customer support is a joke.

  We take feedback from all sources including unfortunate customer complaints. We use this information where warranted to improve our processes. Blow is a transcript of the customer’s original order. It should be noted that we have a policy on our website which clearly states the parameters of placing orders with our company and how they are handled when there is an error. To prevent errors the website recommends that all customers upload their prescription so that it can be double checked for accuracy before manufacturing operations are started on their glasses. In this case the customer did not do this which prevented a double check verification to take place. It was not until the customer made his complaint to customer service that he provided the script at which time the error was detected. The company offered to redo the glasses at 50% of the original price at which time he declined.
  The customer input his prescription incorrectly on our website. It comes over automatically during the integration. Data entry does not have to do anything.
  Customer was informed and advised that we would remake at 50% of the price he paid.

  This place is a total scam. I had the same thing happen as other reviews, incorrect lenses. They stated I put in the segment wrong. I never even entered that information as it is nowhere on prescription, therefore I would have no clue as to what to put or what it is even for. When I paid to send them back, they stated it was MY fault. That I needed to pay them more to have the lenses corrected & pay for shipping once again. I would NEVER recommend this company to anybody.

  It is disappointing to receive a complaint like this or any complaint. However when we receive a complaint we attempt to gain learnings from them and improve our processes. We further attempt to create an opportunity to come to a mutually satisfying outcome. This was not able to be the case with this customer. In this particular instance the company did nothing wrong and provided the customer what they requested. This has been reviewed by our customer service and found that the product was shipped as requested by the customer. The customer entered the segment height along with the rest of their prescription.It is then integrated into a Priority Order System. The company does not make any changes.
