I got this car from this dealership and almost got into two accidents. The wheel locked on me and so did the brakes. At one point when everything locked I put the car in park to turn it off and the car was still moving in traffic. The car is not safe to drive. I tried contacting the place multiple times to let them know about the problems but theyd get back and then not respond. I dont want to be stuck with a car that could put me in or others on the road danger and who knows how much the repairs would cost me. I ran out of gas one time because even the gas gauge doesnt work.

Hi This is Top Of The Hill Auto Exchange. In reguard to the complaint the buyer of the vehicle has a unpaid balance of the *************************************************************************************************************************************************** service most times i call. When the customer came in to pick up their plates the cars windows were smashed out of it and the car had visible damages. Customer informed when i asked what happened that someone had broken into the car. Customer also infromed me that he was happy and satisfied with the car. A few day later he did reach out to me stating that the car did turn off on him once. I informed him that he has a two year warranty but not to use the warranty that i would be contacting the owner **** and that we would set a appointment up with our mechanic *****. I have reached out multiple times and line keeps saying not in service and i have no missed calls from customer on my business answering machine. I find it odd that customer now wants ***** and still has not satisfied his balance. I do not feel it is my responsibilty to chase a customer down whos number is never in service. Not only are we willing to fix the car for the customer but he also has a two year warranty he can take to any certified mechanic in the country. Please let me know how we can rectify the situation. Thank  you for your time.

I am rejecting this response because:

When we went to go pick up the plates the window was broken and it is now fixed. That exact day we went on to name all of the problems that were wrong with the car and he said to contact him and that hed have his mechanic take a look. I literally have proof of all the times we tried to contact them regarding the car. Almost got into 3-4 accidents because not only did the steering wheel lock as we were driving, the car randomly shut off. It randomly shut off more than once. He never said anything about a 2 year warranty thats a lie because we wouldve used it by now to get the problems fixed. Getting in contact with them is literally impossible. When he finally got them to answer they said theyd call back and never did.

    Regards,

These claims are untrue. We are open everyday from 10-7 during the week-10-4 on Saturday. We have an answering machine on 24-7 and at no time were we contacted! This could have been resolved if the customer just dropped the car off like they were instructed to do. This is their responsibility and theirs alone. We will not be defamed by a buyer who is not telling the truth. We consider this issue closed !
