  I had my refrigerator repaired on June 20, 2024. After a month the heating element was not working properly and my fridge was freezing up again. I called the 1st time on July 21, 2024 to let them know that repaired was not fixed. the technician ****** came out the 1st time to repair it. He came out a 2nd time about 3 weeks later (approx) he looked at it and told me that the heating element was not working and he would come out to fix the repair on the 2nd Sunday of August and he never returned to fix it. I have called over 20 times about this issue and I got the same run around that someone would called me back which never happened. I spoke to someone on September 20, 2024 and they said they would call me back in 5 minutes (which also never happened) I had to call them back in 30 minutes later and got the run around again. They were there to take my money right away ($250,00 deposit and another $265.00 when the 1st repair was done) but wen it comes to fixing my problem again They are nowhere to be found.

  Like other are reporting, this company is a fraud and a sham. I called to have them diagnose and repair our dishwasher, Communication is difficult, english is not their strong suit and there were not clear recommendations on how to proceed with repair for a very leaky and malfunctioning dishwasher. Paid them the money they required for "diagnosis." Never heard back from them again after repeated phone calls asking them to return and fix our broken dishwasher. Do not use this company!

  I called APL Appliance Repair, ********************************************************** because I had a problem with my dishwasher. They gave me a quote over the phone. Said there was a service fee but if my dishwasher needed repairs, that would be included in the service fee. They charged me double from what they quoted me on the phone. Every time I called them to dispute the amount they disconnected my phone call every-time especially when I asked to speak with a supervisor. The problem was never resolved regarding the charge.

  Do not fall for their ads. They are not a legitimate company. Their "technician" was difficult to understand, however he promised to order parts for my washing machine stating they would be there in "2 days". He requested half of the money up front, which i paid.We contacted the company 3 days later (nor including the weekend) and was told the technician would call us back... called again the next days, same response. On the third call I was told that technician no longer worked for the company. I asked for a refund and was told a supervisor would contact me. The company representatives (as there was more than one) called me several times attempting to have a different technician come over. No way! Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS!

  Technician came next day. Could barely speak English. The dryer ran, but had a very loud screeching sound for about 1 minute. He tore my Electric dryer totally apart and identified small switch. We paid 1/2 the cost to diagnose plus parts to repair after they ordered the parts. After 10 days they came back and the part did not fit, it was not the correct part. Came back the following day with the "correct part" and reassembled the dryer. Then the dryer would not even start. Its been two weeks and we have never heard from them. What a scam. I should have suspected something was amiss when I first called a *********** Number and the phone system switched me to another number. a different number. I suspect the Technician was an illegal immigrant who had come across our southern boarder.

  Iwould give zero stars if it were possible. My fridge was make a strange noise but still ********** opened the doors and found that the coils just needed defrosting.The so- called expert from APL came and I explained the problem. He opened the back panel and shamelessly told me I needed a new motherboard for hundreds of dollars. I told himto hold off, and sure enough the fridge was working quite ok the next day. I phoned him iI would not need the new part. He angrily asked for, and came for the $65 consultation fee which I handed to him and told him to get off my property ASAP.

  This company came to my home 2 times to fix a washer. Did not speak English was hard to find out what was going on. His brother spoke broken English and he was hard to understand. I was billed ****** plus and the machine is still not working. Called them told them I should not have to pay for something they did not fix. Was told they would call me back and never called back. If you are going to be in business in this country you need to learn English. How are you suppose communicate with your customers. Now I am out 300, and have to get a new tech in here to fix the machine. Would not recommend this company. Stay away worst customer ********************** ever.
