      100% a scam company. Took ****** of my money for a mini-split system, lied to me about delivery dates being in 1-2 weeks and now the product is on back order for who knows when. No one can help, managers never call back. They basically stole from me.

      *****, I have read your numerous reviews and as always our team tries to learn from both positive and negative reviews. I have researched your complaint to try and improve for other customers and to maybe improve your final outcome. I want to apologize if we have not met your expectations and as warm weather approaches of not having Air Condition can be very overwhelming. I can also say that after researching your issue your complaint should be at Carrier more then at our team. You may no that there are a lot of factors that must line up to have a new HVAC installed when it has never been there before, things such as zoning and permits which are controlled by the town. Supplies such as your HVAC equipment in this case Carrier ( the best in the industry). The issue in your complaint was with the manufacture and shortages in getting product. Our team searched the whole country to get the missing items that where promised to us and since have located. To tell you Carrier is not alone in shortages all brands are having the same issues. The shortages caused by Covid and the war in ******* the economy and not but least the new EPA ( GOVERMENT) changes in energy requirements. I hope this helps you understand that we try and do our best but issues do turn up. We will see you soon for your now scheduled install on 6/14/2023.
