      Purchase date 8/8/2022. Company misrepresented the item as made in ********** I followed their instructions and received a return authorization. Item was mailed to them on back to them on 8/10/2022. I never received a refund and they have been completely unresponsive. Order # *****

      Unfortunately this customer has attempted to defraud and blackmail ** from the very beginning. 



      Unfortunately this customer has attempted to defraud and blackmail ** from the very beginning. 
      This customer ordered and we delivered the item successfully to the shipping address they provided at checkout (tracking status shows delivered). They claimed they did not enter that initial address and therefore never received their order. We thought this was odd since this has never happened before, but we went ahead and told them we would ship out another new order completely free of charge. 


      This customer then gave us a different address to ship to and claimed they did not receive it again (even though status shows delivered). At that point it was clear we were being scammed. We explained that both shipments have tracking that shows delivered and we can not ship a 3rd new unit.  Now the customer is attempting to blackmail us with false claims. We understand there are unfortunately scammers out there looking to take advantage of popular companys believing they have leverage of leaving a bad review to get free items to resell or for personal use, but we simply will not tolerate that. 


      We will gladly refund this buyer when we receive both items back in our possession. 


      In response to the buyers false claims: We do NOT advertise our drones to be made in *******. Please scour our website to confirm . We are a 100% ******** company located and operated out of **********. However, we have our products manufactured in ***** just like most other ******** companys. Wed love to make our products here in ******, but the price would be 4x as high and the majority of consumers would just purchase directly from companys who manufacture in ***** since since they would be able to offer a savings of $400-$1000 per drone. 


      We understand this customer has made this false claim to blackmail us, but we will provide a response to their claim to clarify any misunderstandings in the rare event someone makes that false assumption: 
      Please view our website again and see that we do not claim to have our products made in ********** or *****************, we simply mention to make sure the drone you receive has our specific company logo on it because there are a lot of knockoffs out there.
      This statement is on our websites product page to inform consumers on how to tell if their drone is authentic.

      I am rejecting this response because: The item was incorrectly sent by them to a general delivery address in ********. It will be returned to them when not claimed at the post office..  I paid the extra postage to have a unit sent to my home.  If they felt I was defrauding them why did they agree to accept the return and then refuse to refund the purchase.  ************ is the fraud.  They represented that the drone was made in ******* and the item delivered was made in *****.  Ultimately they were able to steal my money and not provide the product.
