5 starsThe Limitless 5 drone that I purchased from Drone-Clone Xperts, Inc., is exactly what I had wanted or was hoping to have to really enjoy flying a drone!!!Also with all of the many features and overall quality that came with my Limitless 5 drone I think that its cost was extremely reasonable, and also equal to drones costing $1000. to $1500. or more.Finally after always receiving prompt and very knowledgeable reply's from "*******" to all of the ********************* I sent by e-mail, Drone-Clone Xperts' the technical service is the absolutely best that I have ever experienced!****Review fromCharles J.

They charge me for Three drones, I only got one and it was not the same product as advertised, so I send it back and didn't get my refund and **** was not any helpDrone-Clone Xperts, Inc.

We completely understand the frustration. **** has great buyer protection to ensure customers receive full refunds for all returns or in the event of an issue. In this specific situation, a materially different item was returned to us. Rather than us receiving the 3 drones we shipped you, a single postcard was returned back to **..not the items we shipped you.**** determined this was a fraudulent attempt to keep the items without paying for them, and therefore, **** closed the case without a refund to the buyer.We are a generous company with industry leading customer support; however, we have a ZERO-Tolerance policy when it comes to theft & fraudulent attempts on our business.Customers are FULLY protected by state and federal law, as well as payment provider services, marketplace policies, and our companys 30 day guarantee return policy for all drones. This means as long as the buyer adheres to standard return policy, the buyer is guaranteed to receive a full refund.Our companys BBB rating is A+ for a reason, because we are an honest and well trusted USA company who provides award winning products and customer service at a very affordable price.Its truly disappointing when fraudulent attempts and/or false claims are made on our company, but thankfully its a rare occurrence as weve found there are overwhelmingly more honest customers than not.We truly appreciate your continued patronage and support of our ********************* ????**************************************************Drone-Clone Xperts, Inc.

5 starsI bought my Drone-Clone Xperts Limitless 4S drone to see if flying drones was for me. I thought that I would first buy a reasonably priced drone and then, if I really liked flying them, I would buy one of the more expensive drones later. Having owned this drone for several weeks now, I am sold on Drone-Clone Xperts and their Limitless 4S drone. It is feature packed and easy to fly. While out flying my drone I met some other drone enthusiasts and let them take turns flying it. They had nothing but good things to say about it. While flying their "premium drones", I noticed that they seemed to have glitchy video feeds, while my Limitless 4 worked perfectly. The Limitless 4S matched their features almost exactly, but at a fraction of the price. I cannot see any reason to "upgrade" to a better drone. As good as their drones are, their customer service is even better. ******* has always answered my questions in a timely and thorough manner. He exemplifies what customer service should be. ********************** offer exceptional products at reasonable prices and supports what they sell. I highly recommend them and their products. I received my Limitless 4 drone 2 Christmases ago from my brother. Did not fly it right away (as I had two other smaller ones I was learning on). Took it out about a month or so ago for the first time. I should have flown this one first. It is a SUPER drone for learning because of it's safety and return features. **************** is excellent....very helpful! I believe it is one of the best values for your money that I have seen and would recommend it to all newbies learning to fly drones. I have not yet taken it out to it's limit of 2 to 3 miles (and probably won't have a need for that.....we'll see). the camera on it is awesome...very clear. if there is one really, really minor drawback, it would be taking the Obstacle Avoidance Camera off when putting the drone away. It is a bit slippery for my big fingers to handle but perhaps am doing it all wrong. I'll figure it out. But it isn't something that would prevent me from giving it anything LESS than a 5 star rating. Thanks Drone Clone Xperts. This is what a company SSHOULD be like!Drone-Clone Xperts, Inc.
