    ******** is scary liar and will promise you all will be fixed but he doesnt fix nothing he lies he made me live without a fridge 6 months Erases the run while other people are still paying **** he asked me for ****** He chased me out Bec. I injured my leg the entire kitchen cabinet fall on my leg Bec. He neglected to fix it!!!

    I do not think Artech was supposed to be the intended recipient of the complaint since Artech LLC is an IT staffing firm and not a landlord. I believe this needs to be re-directed to whomsoever is the complainant's landlord.

    This company may be set up as a company to do business. Their intention is only to obtain your SS numbers and date of birth. They do not have a job for you. My resume is listed on Monster, they called me seeing if I was interested in a commercial lending underwriting position. He immediately jumped to salary (employers do not do this) then wanted my ss number and date of birth. I let him know, in ***************** employers do not ask for this info, EVER! Its only once you have a job offer in hand, that HR will follow up with on boarding request. They then sent me more information saying the job was with tmobile. Call me naive I am pretty sure Tmobile doesn't do commercial lending. This company should be looked into, they are only out to obtain peoples information. They are not recruiters helping to match you with a job. They are scammers!!!!

    Being texted and called (bots) repeatedly and E-mailed. I want this to stop. I block the #s but new ones appear.

    Response from Artech:

    The reach outs to candidates were from a communication platform Sense connected to Artechs Applicant Tracking system (GEM). Sense sends out text messages to available candidates in its database. *********************** would have received the text messages via this platform. They are not from bots but from recruiters who are trying to reach multiple candidates through one communication.

     

    Action Taken by the recruiting team:

    • We have taken out contact number as well as updated GEM Notes so that in future no other team member will reach this candidate.
    • Educated the team on this issue and working towards improving process around it to avoid any such incidents in future.

     

    So Artech has removed ****************** phone number from the database, so he does not receive any more text messages via Sense or directly from a recruiter. He has also been ****ed unavailable indefinitely. Please see screenshot below. He would not have received any further reach outs from Artech.


    Can you please **** this issue as resolved as we have taken the appropriate action to ensure *********************** does not receive any more texts/communication from Artech
