Finding job seekers via social media who are actively searching for jobs, tracking their profiles whether they ended current jobs are among the best tactics to reach out to obtain data and keep chasing to submit their profiles to so called supply chain databases that we the people do not know are being added on newly created people search sites, sold to data brokers. If you are a legit business, can you list phone numbers that are under your business registration? Once it is informed not to contact why multiple staff is reaching out randomly? Can you list your global offices address and supply chain application where you add our records? Can you list how many candidate are currently placed for the jobs? Can you list which social media allowed you to access my contact information without my knowledge?

I received a phone call and an email from a "recruiter" representing this company and I felt like it was not legit, but I discussed the alleged opportunity with him. After speaking with him, he had another one of his colleagues reach out to me, and that's when I was advised that the company I would be contracted to, needed the last four of my social in order to "submit" me as a potential candidate. I advised them that I wasn't comfortable providing that, and after I sent the email to an HR friend of mine, we dug a little deeper and found out that this company doesn't ask for this information and it states it right on their website. It's shameful that you can't even look for employment without someone trying to take advantage of you. Please be careful out here people, if something doesn't feel right, it's usually because it isn't right.

I worked for a client through Artech's ********** They get these commercial staffing contracts with big firms because they are supposedly a US-based, minority and women-owned agency. Ha. They are an ************** with some US offices, and there's no evidence they are women-owned. That's absolutely not part of their identity. The job they got me was legit, albeit initially misleading, as they never informed me of the end client I would be subcontracted out to until I questioned them after my interview & offer. The agency offers scant benefits, one of them being a 401k. At the end of the contract I tried to find info on this 401k, only to discover it had been set up but never funded. When I investigated this error with them, they could provide no reason, accepted no responsibility for this error, and blamed me for not catching the problem sooner. Maybe poor treatment of employees is acceptible in ***** but not in the **. It was wholly unprofessional, and sadly 100% in character with the reviews on this page. DO NOT WORK with this company.

Ms. *********** your complaint. We immediately initiated an ****************** are the details of our findings:1.The job opportunity you got was not only legit, but it was with the big blue.2.Typically, the name of the end client is not revealed until an interview is set up. This process is followed by Artech at the behest of its clients. Since the interview is conducted by the client, you would have known who the client was when the interview was scheduled by the recruiter. ***** I will address your *************************** Dec 2022 and were indeed set up for 401 K with Artechs provider.4.Typically, after the standard waiting period, you should have been able to fund the 401K (in your case from Feb 2023 onwards). 5.However, in the interim (in January) Artech had moved from 1 service provider to another.6.Apparently when the transition happened, your information transferred to the new service provider as an existing employee with 0% contribution instead of existing employee with 0% contribution in the waiting period. 7.When we checked with the provider on how this could have happened, they indicated that employees that were active when the transition happened ,their system considered them as existing participant and their system did not process their default enrolment, even if they became eligible after the transition,. 8.Please note that Artech only authorizes the transfer and does not get involved in the process or how it is done 9.Immediately after the transfer was completed Artech notified about the change in the service providers and requested its employees to check the data in their new account and notify immediately if anything was amiss.10.Since you did not notify us then, there was no way for Artech to know your 0% contribution was continuing even after the waiting period was over. 11. There was no mention of it from you during the entire stint - even after receiving your paystubs and the W2 for 2023 We are extremely sorry that you were unable to make any contributions to your 401K while you were with Artech. Unfortunately, neither Artech nor its service providers are able to remedy it now since you notified Artech about it only in Jan 2025, several months after your employment ended in mid-2024.Having said the above, I would now like to address your comments about Artech which clearly has some racial undertones. Artech LLC is indeed a US based company. It is the largest women owned IT staffing company in the **. The CEO and Co-founder of the company is indeed a woman and just because she happens to be of Indian descent does not make the company an *************** It was founded in the ** and its HQ is in New **********, Artech is a preferred vendor of over 100 Fortune 500 companies and has offices in **, ****** ***** and *********** as well having a presence in ******, *******, ******, and *********. I got a call for a job for them. They offered me a huge amount but I had to send my ID and ss# . Then I received a non compete letter. This was all before I interviewed with the company. They called me eight times and emails. I block the number and a new number called. Last time was a man trying push me and offered me twice of what the job paid. I knew it was a scam. Don't fall for them.

Hello ************************* to your BBB complaint, we initiated an internal investigation. Here are the details from the investigation:One of our *********** clients released a job requisition for an ******************* specialist in mid-November to all its vendors, Artech, being one of the vendors. From searching the database, the Artech recruiter believed your profile may be suitable for the job and reached out to you to check your interest level and availability for the ****** the phone call, you evinced interest and indicated your availability for the said role and agreed to the pay rate offered. In the call you were also informed about the Right to represent (Agency consent) form that is a client requirement to submit your resume to them.Later in the same day, you followed up with the recruiter asking them to send the Right to represent (***) form, so you could fill it out and return it quickly. The Artech recruiter immediately sent the *** form along with the job details (job description, location, rate etc.) to you.Since you did not respond to the recruiters email, they sent a follow- up email the very next day indicating to you that they will not be able to submit your resume without your written ********** per the clients program guidelines, the vendors are required to follow a particular process for each resume submittal in the client portal. The clients standard submittal requirements for all its vendors are:**** vendor has to create a unique and Secure ID for each candidate submitted to the client.oThe Secure ID is a combination of the ************ of the candidates DOB & the last 4 digits of the *** oAlong with the secure ID, the vendors must have the candidates legal first & last name (middle initial if applicable) in order to submit the candidates profile to the client. ** signed ***/Agency consent form is required to ensure that Vendors have the candidates consent to submit the resume. This is the standard process every vendor is required to follow for every job requisition from this client. Artech followed it too.Your response to the recruiter's email was to decline the opportunity. This was confusing to the recruiter since, you seemed very interested in the role and had followed-up with the recruiter the previous night. When the recruiter tried to reach you, you were ****************, this time the recruiters team lead reached out to you to check if you wanted to be submitted or not to the said job ************** that point, you mentioned that the pay rate was less and so the Team lead offered to raise the pay rate.Despite the pay rate increase you declined the opportunity and so Artech was unable to submit your profile to the client. From this investigation, it is clear Artech recruiter followed the resume submittal processes set forth by the client. I would like to take this opportunity to provide information about Artech. FYI, Artech is the #1 Women owned IT staffing company in the **. Apart from the **, Artech has offices in ******, *****, *****, ******, ******* and ******. Artech has around 100 Fortune 500 clients in the ** and our team of recruiters work towards finding suitable candidates for client contract job opportunities. I just ended the process for a position that I was pursuing with *********** through Artech.I had a very similar experience to what has been reported by ***** H on 9/11/2024. This company is engaging in fraudulent activities. They also modified my CV and added things that they came up with and submitted that to the client. They have underhanded negotiating tactics. They pass you around among different Artech "employees" trying to put pressure on you to accept a lower rate and to provide "recruiters" with PII that they have no business touching. They kept pressuring me to give them my SSN, DOB, Photo ID.Even today, before scheduling the last interview, they told me that I had to fill a mandatory WOTC form (which is actually optional) and they asked, again, for SSN and DOB in the form. That is never included in the form, I've filled it many times before. That information is retrieved from the I9 upon hiring.I caught them in the act several times and since I wouldn't budge on giving them my PII or accepting the bad rate, they told me that they were not going to continue the process with me.This company is a SCAM. Do not engage! I have reported them to the appropriate authorities and provided evidence of their fraud. Most Indian companies/recruiters currently are scammers.I will be posting a full review in ******* with the evidence. Mr. ************* to your complaint, we conducted a thorough investigation. First, we will respond to the concerns raised and then we will address your unprofessional conduct that ultimately led to Artech dropping your candidature. Complaint: They also modified my CV and added things that they came up with and submitted that to the client.Artech response: No, your resume was not modified. A summary of your experience was added on top of the 1st page of your resume for the hiring managers review. It is titled Vendor summary to clearly indicate it was provided by the staffing agency. Complaint: They have underhanded negotiating tactics. They pass you around among different Artech "employees" trying to put pressure on you to accept a lower rate and to provide "recruiters" with *** that they have no business touching. They kept pressuring me to give them my SSN, DOB, Photo ID. ********************** response:Initially you agreed to a rate of $80/hour via ******** for a contract opportunity at ***********. (We can provide the complete transcript of the LinkedIn messages with the recruiter). However, you renegotiated it to $85/hour before authorizing the Right to represent (RTR). You attempted to increase the pay rate yet again from $85 to $95/hour, when the recruiter reached out to you to schedule the next round of interview. Your response when the recruiter was unable to accede to your request was: I dont want to work with your org ever again. I have always negotiated the rates with vendors after offer, this is how it works. Candidate gets multiple offers and you have to increase rate in order to retain them. So, in a matter of 2 weeks or so, you tried to renegotiate your pay rate from $80 - $95. This interaction clearly shows who actually had the underhanded negotiating tactics .During the recruiting process, the recruiter asked you for your ************ of birth only once. This was because ***********s program guidelines for all its vendors is to create a unique id for every candidate when their resume is submitted in its portal (Beeline). When you questioned it, the recruiter immediately shared a screenshot of the portal (Beeline) with you to confirm ***********s program guidelines. Please check the email with the subject line asking *******, WOTC is a federal form. It requests for the candidates SSN and if the individual is over 40 years old. As per the *** guidelines, this form needs to be submitted on or before the offer is made to the candidate. An automated email is sent to the candidates scheduled for 2nd round of interviews to complete the optional form. Please note that the details in the completed form go directly to ADP and no one in Artech can view or access any information from this form. *********** requires that the Vendors verify the legal identity of a candidate. So, the recruiters typically ask for a government issued photo id with the full legal name. Candidates can black out other details when providing it.Complaint: I caught them in the act several times and since I wouldn't budge on giving them my *** or accepting the bad rate, they told me that they were not going to continue the process with me.Artech response: Already provided the explanation regarding the *** in the previous responses. You are aware that your candidature was dropped because1. your unprofessional attitude in trying to renegotiate your pay rate 3 times and 2. Artech received a complaint from the client managers about your unprofessional behavior during the interview.Complaint: Most Indian companies/recruiters currently are scammers.Artechs response: We do not appreciate the racist undertones in this statement. Please refrain from it in future. FYI, Artech is the largest Women owned IT staffing company in the ** and has a global footprint in ******, *****, *****, ******, ******* and ****** and with a global workforce of ***** employees. Artech has over 100+ Fortune 500 clients and successfully places several hundreds of contingent workers every month with its clients. We encourage you to check Artechs website: ****************************** to know more about Artech and its ************* that we have addressed all your complaints, lets review your unprofessional conduct during the recruiting process. i.Your LinkedIn messages would show how rude you were to the recruiter sdespite his polite responses back to you. ****** were constantly making racist comments about Indians and Indian companies. If you felt so strongly, you could have stopped the process anytime. Instead, you followed up and even attended the client interview. ****** the interview, you insisted on validating the identity of the *********** managers by requesting them directly for their email ids just because they were of Indian origin. That is racial profiling. iv.The *********** managers complained about your unprofessional behavior to the ********************** **** has come to our attention that you recorded your job interview without letting the interviewers (Client Managers) know that you were doing it. vi.Bad enough you recorded the interview without the Client managers consent, you had the audacity to post the recording as a ******* ************ the video you posted the managers LinkedIn profile link along with their photos. You clearly infringed on their **************** questioned the managers professional credentials and criticized them ix.Throughout the ******* video you made derogatory comments about Artech, the *********** managers and the people of Indian origin in general. From the above, it is obvious that you have deviously projected your unprofessional attitude on to Artechs employees and the client managers. You have willfully misinterpreted the standard recruiting efforts and deliberately misrepresented the recruiters and the client managers, in the complaint and in the ******* video, just because they belonged to a particular race. All your actions seem to be intended (in your own words in the videos) to tarnish Artechs reputation'. That is defamatory and libelous. You have also infringed on the privacy of many individuals. Artech demands that you take down the ******* video immediately and cease and desist from posting any such videos/ posts/complaints against Artech, its employees and contractors and/or its clients and their employees and contractors in any social media or public forum (including but not limited to *******, BBB etc.). If you do not comply to the above demand immediately Artech will be constrained to take necessary legal action against you. In conclusion, you have been marked as unavailable indefinitely in Artechs database and will not be contacted by Artech in the future for any future job opportunities

I recently granted Artech the right to represent me for a contractor role at a large tech company, and I was stunned by the unprofessionalism and dishonesty of the Artech *********s I worked with. Artech's practices are unprofessional at best and intentionally misleading at worst.Artech *********s contacted me via ******** and email about the contractor role, and once I had an interview scheduled with the tech hiring manager, a third Artech ********* met with me virtually to prep. The day of the interview, I noticed that the calendar event Artech sent to the tech hiring manager and myself had a version of my resume attached that I'd never seen before. Incorrect details about my experience had been added to the resume, and misleading changes were made to my work history. For instance, Artech changed one of my job titles from "Assistant Professor of English" to "Assistant Program Manager, Content"it seemed like AI gibberish based on keywords in the job description. Artech also added a claim that I had 5+ years of experience in a particular area, even though I only had 3 years of experience (as clearly indicated by my dates of employment). Naturally, these changes caused confusion during the interview. After the interview, I emailed the Artech *********s, attaching their dishonest revision of my resume and providing my edits in the margins. I noted 7 instances where they had either added a false claim or revised the resume in a way that was misleading.I spoke on the phone with the third Artech ********* the next business day. She informed me that Artech doesn't add false information to candidate resumes, but clearly they do! She said the second ********* I had only interacted with via email claimed to have received my approval for the changes made to my resume, but he didn't have written documentation of this exchange. Since I never communicated with him in any way except email, his lack of email confirmation proves that he had never received my approval.

******************,We received your complaint and immediately initiated an investigation, as Artech takes the complaints very seriously. We did a thorough investigation and below are the details of what transpired during the interaction between the recruiter and you.1.The recruiter shared his contact details with ****************** after connecting with her via LinkedIn 2.The recruiter then reached out to her on the phone and locked ****************** in for the job opportunity after a detailed conversation.3.Recruiter sent RTR (Right to Represent) and ****************** replied to it with her details and an updated resume 4.The very next day, after the clients spotlight call discussing the role, the recruiter reached out to ****************** to provide the notes from the Hiring Managers call.5.Thereafter the recruiter submitted the resume to the client 6.The resume was shortlisted for an interview 7.Recruiter sent the interview prep calendar invite to ****************** attaching the resume submitted to the client 8.The interview prep was done by the Service Delivery Manager (***), 24 hours prior to the client interview 9.After the interview, ****************** was informed about the rejection by the *** and ****************** responded that her resume had been altered without her consent.10. At this juncture, the recruiting team lead tracked back to figure out where the process was not followed. Our findings were that everything was as per the process until the recruiter discussed the clients call notes with you. However, he seems to have violated the processes when he attempted to make modifications to your resume without your knowledge or consent. This behavior is totally unacceptable and Artech took immediate corrective action. Artech HR not only took disciplinary action against the recruiter, but also warned him that he would be terminated if a second incident occurs. He was also required to undergo refresher training on recruitment practices and processes. The recruiter understands the gravity of his actions and has assured us that this will never happen again. We sincerely apologize to you for whatever has transpired. We would understand if you do not wish to engage with Artech going forward due to this one incident (which was an aberration on the recruiters part). However, I would like to assure you that Artech does have very strict policies & practices and expects every employee to adhere to them. Any violations to it will not be tolerated and swift actions will be taken as you see in this instance.Having said the above, if you still do not wish to be contacted, please let us know and we will remove your resume from our database and not contact you again. We wish you the very best in all your future endeavors. Thank you!

I set up direct deposit now they're saying my check was mailed out last week hence I STILL haven't received it. Office Manager ***** ***** is very rude and lack professionalism. But save yourself the headache and look elsewhere it's not worth it at all! I've been stressed for 2 weeks and getting the run around for 2 weeks. My recruiter ******* ****** is rude and very racists, his supervisor Priya Ranjan doesn't care, and their manager ***** ***** is the leader of the" Circus Act" Honestly they ALL need to be fired! they have no compassion or willingness to help just money hungry rude arrogant individuals.

Hello ********************,Noted your complaint and immediately initiated an investigation. Here are the findings of our investigation:You worked 2 weeks with Artechs client. You expressed dissatisfaction with our bi-weekly payroll schedule (common to all employees) and requested an advance on your two weeks pay. Since it is not a standard practice at Artech, we were still working with you on your request, when you resigned with no notice.Your final pay was a check as well as direct deposit. The reason being when you entered your Direct deposit information in Artechs Employee self-service portal, you erroneously entered $100 instead of 100%, of your pay to be directly deposited. So, the system processed $100 as direct deposit in your account and the rest of your pay was a physical check mailed to your address. As soon as we were made aware of it, we reversed the check and made sure the rest of your pay was also directly deposited into your bank account. Despite your error, Artech took immediate action to resolve this issue without further delay. We are sorry if you felt that any interaction with Artech was not professional. We will work on a refresher training for our team. Having said that, we firmly believe that it still did not warrant you raising a complaint that we are scammers. There is absolutely no merit to it all as you received your payment in full. It is also very disheartening that you raised this complaint against Artech while still communicating with Artech POC and were aware of all the efforts the team took to resolve the issue at the earliest. So we request you to kindly retract this complaint. We wish you all the very best in all your future endeavors.

I just.had an interview with 2 HR women via MS ***** that went well 2 days ago. Today got I a congratulatory email stating I was chosen for one of the positions the company is staffing. Everything seems on the "up and up" so far. I've spoken to 3 different people at Artech who have been great albeit, a bit difficult to understand in terms of speed of speech and language/accent. I sometimes, actually, semi-often need to stop to ask the person to please repeat what they said. The person is always polite, and willing to repeat, so we move on. I really hope the people with the scathing complaints aren't right. I do wish I had researched them prior to providing the last 4 of my SS# and DOB.
