I have never in my life been spoken to or treated with such disrespect in my life. The President of this company seems to do all the work himself. Not only did he berate me and insult me but, he also identified himself as a lawyer the first time I spoke to him. After I told him I had league representation he hung up on me and told me he would no longer speak to me. After emails back and forth, i came to a solution to ensure I did not have to deal with him or his "client" any longer. I am now taking league proceedings of my own between this company and the "client" he was representing.Understanding the fact that Debt Collectors have a job to uphold, I am almost certain there is a right and wrong way to do so. Speaking to someone whom you have never met in a such a disgraceful way is not at all how to professionally handle a situation. If I could give no stars, I would. Just as a did for his "client".

All of a sudden, I have not heard from them. It started out in April when I received a call from them expressing they were going to send me a warrant because I owed a credit card company back money. I've paid 4 months already. I can't get thru to any of the phone numbers that I have for them, every time I dial number, my phone cuts it off! It never even rings! They had me so nervous about going to court! Now I can't reach them at all on any of the 4 numbers I have. I'm still not sure if they really had my account. I tried to check the *************************** didn't have any info on them. I don't know what to do!!

Very rude and nasty people working there. Wouldn't provide me any of their identifying info but wanted me to give them mine. Said if I didn't provide it they would be taking me to court. Good luck on that. I have no assets and I live on Social S and a military pension. Of course I didn't tell them that

Terrible company. I get an incoming call from them at ********************. It is a robot voice and I press 1 to get a human. A lady says she is from First Source Mediation. I say I got a call from this number, she tells me they do not make outgoing calls. I told her that Mediation is calling me, and she said "well they must have referred you to us." I said no, you called me, and then she hung up.
