    I was trying to pay my debits and this service was recommended. After two months they never contacted my creditors and they informed they had not because they did not have the last four digits of some of my accounts. They also stated that I never responded to the welcome call and that's why they had not started contacting my creditors. I cancelled the service and asked for a full refund because they never did a thing and told them my bank account associated with the service was going to closed and they still took the money out though I had placed a stop order with the bank. I called them and I used their text service several times to resolve this problem. I'm researching how to formally file a complaint with the *** since I'm not the only victim

    June 18, 24 I received a phone call asking me if I wanted to consolidate my debt. They told me someone would contact we and that they could help me. I gave them my banking information, ***************. On 6/25 they withdrew $540.65 for the first monthly payment towards my credit card balances & my credit union loan. They told me they would continue to take these payments ( same amount ) while they negotiate a settlement for me. Once they reach the settlement the creditors would stop calling and by 11/25/27 I would be debt free.They said as of 9/14/24 they should reach a settlement and the calls for payment would stop

    I have been trying to get in touch with them and it's been impossible. I was never given an account number. The last time I spoke to them was when I opened the account; which was 3 months ago. I've been given 5 different numbers and I haven't received no response. At first I was just trying to get in touch. They lied and said they would help with debt relief and then i found out they handle debt once it goes into collections. I also took a hit on my credit which i was hoping maybe i can get help or compensated for. I just want my money back at this point.

    This company is a scam, they didn't abide to their end of the contract, they would not allow me to speak with a manager, the law firm they said represented me in ********* was not a part of their scam and the person that told me they were apart of this law firm wasn't. I want all of my money back from this firm that stated they could help me and all they were doing was taking money from my account and have now refused to return the money to me. I want all of my money back as they didn't abide by the contract.

    My fianc and I hired Alperstein and Associates to help us pay off our credit card ******** of our accounts sent us a letter about filing against us in court. We sent our attorneys the letter and were told that it was being handled - not to be concerned. A few weeks later, we received another letter, this time with a court date. Nothing had been "handled". I then, sent our attorneys THE NEW letter. Again - I was assured this account had been given to someone and they were working on getting a settlement - not to worry. They were going to call me THAT EVENING to get more funds to kickstart the settlement process - again. No one called. Yesterday, I finally got a phone call seeking more funds to settle for what was now DOUBLE due to court fees and interest. It started at $2100. They now wanted $4200. How is that OUR responsibility? We hired this company to settle these accounts so we could straighten out our credit and save money. THEY ALLOWED one of our accounts to DOUBLE! We could have kept that account open and paid that one ourselves if they had an issue dealing with this creditor. They never said a word. They allowed it to get to court without any settlement or communication with us - even after we attempted to keep it from getting that far on several occasions! When I questioned how it is acceptable for them to not communicate to us that there was an issue and for it to DOUBLE - BECAUSE they dropped the ball. So, they are COSTING us MORE money. Not to mention that HUGE fee they receive for services. Lastly, after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I chose to hit the "call back" option. That was 2 days ago. I still have yet to receive the return call. We are very upset. We pay these people quite a bit of money to handle this for us - with all kinds of promises of how great communication would be and how trustworthy they were. Now that we have signed with them and trusted them - we feel like we have been walked on and lied to.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have heard nothing since the one phone call I received stating they would look into this. 

    I called and sat on hold for 1/2 an hour, just to be hung up on without saying a word. No return call. 

    I then left a message for the person I originally spoke with and 2 days later, I am still waiting for a return call.

    This company is a JOKE, all they do is take your money and when you try to cancel any of the money you paid into the program they keep as fees. I want my 1898 i had left in the account when i cancelled. I paid over 6000 and they paid one bill for 1083 so what happened to my other 5000??

    We signed up with *************** LLC to help us with our debts in Oct. of 2023. In March of 2024 we found that they had not done anything, so we cancelled. *************** told us we needed to call Alperstein and ***., to complete the cancellation, so we did. On March 29, we cancelled, we were told we would be getting back $805.57. This morning, April 8, we checked our account, nothing. So we call Global, they said that Alperstein and a** took all of it in two payments. One for ****** and the second for ******, exactly $805.57. So, we called Alperstein, they say they will call back. 30 min later we get a call from a call center in the ***********. They told us nothing is free and we weren't getting any of our money back. So, here we are...

    On 11/30 I was talking to *********************** from ****************** #************. And clear ones number is **************. This seemed like a great opportunity so I signed up for it for debt relief/consolidation. The company did a soft inquiry on 11/30 but I noticed looking at my annual credit report that a ********** address was added to my credit on 11/30 which changed my address from my current to their address which is listed below. I never approved of that and service was cancelled serval days later. This was done with all of my credit reports.no one or company should change or add a address to anyones credit report without notice which wasnt given. The local attorney *************************** doesnt show up as a practicing attorney. I dont want anyone from this company to do anything with my personal information

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I dont want to hear from any company that portrays my trust and I cant believe anything that any debt settlement company says now or makes you pay a fee to get help. To find out that not only do they have my personal information and  can do whatever they want with it but they added something that they should not of to my credit reports and I only gave authorization for soft inquiry only and when  after that I ended ties with them and I want my personal information that they have to destroyed since we are no longer in a contract . I have been already screwed over by another debt settlement company and just want this rectified and no more communication. I tried calling their quality person who called me but never got a response or a call back and how do I know whose real and will help after this .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not ask for any assistance in changing anything on my credit report. I was notified by a creditor that an address was added to my credit and it was told to me that it was associated with The business who represented me in the debt relief . I contacted the quality control person  at the firm and never heard back from her . Right now  I dont want anything else done because I took care of things . I found that people  werent being truthful and I got the run around at clear one and with the lawyer .I suggest that lawyers do they consultation either face to face or face timing so trust can be built from the beginning. I wish you all the best
