  I have been in there program since 2022, and the majority of what I've paid has gone to fees. When I fist started the program it was ok, but as of lately they have stopped answering the phone, they have stopped answering emails and the same creditors I had registered with them are now contacting me. I really should have read the reviews before I signed the booklet they sent with the notary. Don't mess with these swindlers.

  I called and cancelled I was told I would get ALL my monies back even though it was past 30 days because they had done nothing on my account. I called several times regarding the fees they took and it is close to $1,700 they took from me and they did nothing on my account. DO NOT USE THEM THEY CHARGE ALL THESE FEES UPFRONT AND WILL NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM. They put me in more debt by keeping my money that I could have paid on my accounts.

  It had been a year. Nothing had been done. My perfect credit has been destroyed. I have no knowledge of them ever contacting my creditors. I would have done better working with The 3 creditors myself. I let a hardship of losing my job after 21 years during Covid
  Fog my judgement. DON’T DO THIS!

  I cannot say enough terrible things about this organization. I canceled with them THE DAY AFTER SIGNING, in writing and the "sales" person who got me signed up assured me it was closed. Not only did they take money from me when I had explicitly canceled my erroneously set up services with them, but when they drafted the money from my account and I called back, they told me it was my fault for not calling customer service... despite me having written confirmation that the account was closed. Then I was assured week after week after week by "customer service" that the reimbursement was coming my way. That because I canceled within the 30 days that I would be issued a full refund as was their policy. 7 weeks later still no refund, and when I requested to speak to a supervisor today the man said that the refund would be sent today- minus a service fee by global holdings where my money was. After insisting that I was assured I would get a full refund and to pay back the service fee, I was told the service fee on the account was not their problem and that it was mine to deal with, that I was not in fact getting a full refund. No mention of previously aforementioned "policy" no niceties, no assurances of my hardship. The informative competency of a call center. I am livid that I made the huge mistake of ever dealing with these people and the huge lot of crooks that they are.

  They are the worst company!! Do not deal with them!! They take all your money and pay no one. As a matter of fact they never reached out to any of my creditors!!??????. They used two installments which was a total of $1454.14 for fees that I had know idea about. I know the lawyer fee was supposed to be one payment of $100 but they decided to charge me $150. Never contacted a creditor and never sent funds out and now I’m told I only have $79.26 left in my account!!!????????. Where has all the money went??!!! WARNING DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! ITS A SCAM!!

  Meadowbrook legal Group has engaged in deceptive business practices. I hired Meadowbrook legal to settle debt. They rushed me to sign a contract, asked me to add money to a savings account for them to use as leverage. I was reassured multiple times by the sales rep that the only fee will be a $89 admin fee every month. This savings account was hidden (on another website called global holdings) I found months later that they have been using 95% of my funds to pay their made up fees (retainer & service fee.) They haven't provided me with any services to justify these charges and when I asked about for refund on the hidden fees they said they aren't refundable or reimbursable. Unknowingly, by paying these hidden fees it has put me further in debt. I thought I was saving for a settlement. The fact that the fees are hidden in the contract plus being rushed to sign did not allow me the opportunity to make an informed decision before signing the contract. Meadowbrook legal group misled and concealed the fees in a way that made them difficult to notice even as they charged me, they haven't provided any service and I want a refund on these fees

  Meadowbrook helped me with Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They also helped my sister with Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am now discharged two hundred grand in debt from the chapter 7 is gone (all unsecured), and my sister is paying off her chapter 13, which has about 3 years left on it. They did a lien strip on the chapter 13, and saved her almost 100k and that also allowed her to keep her home which was severely behind on payments... Call these guys for help, they have all sorts of ways to help debt. I had thought we were going to be on payment plans till eternity, turns out thats actually not correct, thanks to them.

  Horrible company and scammers. Beware with your entire being. I’m being legally sued in court. Jessica from consulting reached out to me a year to this date. Representing meadowbrook explained to me that this program will help me to get out of my only at the time $11k debt. Me thinking this was a healthy choice I decided to sign up. I signed over 800 pages in legal docs way too much for anyone to read hence a part of the scam. Briefly explained to me over phone that they do take fees retainer and service or maintenance fees which is understandable. My payment was to be $282 and change a month. I decided this was adorable at the time and safest for me to get out of debt. I was also told that at any time I can skip payments if I could make it but it would delay program completion only nothing regarding program representation or how it could cripple you if you weren’t able to make those payments in the court of law. They tell you to stop making your credit payments so that they can let your account go into default. In 2022 I was living life not the best but made all of my credit card payments on time now I’m in default on over 15 accounts none of which settle for skipping about 5 payments due to hardship. I am also being sued with fear of garnishment of wages because they cannot take my case because of not enough money in escrow. Mind you I spent 2000 in fees enough to pay of two at least or my account. Not a red cent went into escrow. I am now crying in tears sick and don’t know what to do. Deceptive practices is a guarantee. Be mindful and save yourself from the worst fear of my life. I might have to file bankruptcy thanks to meadowbrook legal group. I’m in utter tears.
